The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily 100% completed similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50% of the estimated cost of the project) - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80% of the estimated cost of the project). The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, specifically in "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in-between values. The bidder's average annual financial turnover (gross) should be Rs.360.925 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years ending March 2024. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum Rs.288.74 L (40% of Estimate cost put to tender) or a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs.72.185 L (10% of Estimate cost put to tender). The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.721.85 L, which is equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender.
