The bidder is required to provide details of works underway or contractually committed and clients who may be contacted for further information on those contracts. The bidder should provide information on the total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should provide evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, which should be at least 10% of the contract value. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least 25% of the contract value, during implementation of the contract. The bidder should also provide an undertaking that they would be able to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should provide information on their financial standing, including profit and loss statements and auditor's reports for the last five years. The bidder should also provide reports on their major items of construction equipment proposed to carry out the contract, and qualifications and experience of key site management and technical personnel proposed for the contract. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, provided that all other qualification criteria are satisfied, in the last 7 years. The bidder should have experience as a prime contractor, in a joint venture, or as a sub-contractor, with specific details to be provided for each category, including the number of years of experience in own country and other countries. For buildings of different heights, the bidder should have completed a minimum number of buildings of certain heights or completed balance construction work of one building up to certain heights. For four to six storeys buildings, the bidder should have completed a minimum of one building of two storeys or completed balance construction work of one building up to two storeys. For seven to ten storeys buildings, the bidder should have completed a minimum of one building of five storeys or completed balance construction work of one building up to five storeys. For more than ten storey buildings, the bidder should have completed a minimum of one building of eight storeys or completed balance construction work of one building up to eight storeys. Each basement or stilt constructed in the building shall be considered as a storey. The bidder should provide information on their annual turnover data for construction works only, for each year, in Indian Rupees. Mentioned values and percentages of similar works completed include: - At least 25% of the contract value for works of a similar nature during implementation of the contract. - At least 10% of the contract value for access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities. - 25% of the contract value of work that the bidder would be able to invest during implementation of the contract.
