Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning (SITC) ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING FOR STADIUM (FOOTBALL FIELD & ATHLETIC TRACK) - CLASS IV LEVEL for Televised National level games WITH DESIGN REPORT & SPECIFICATION as per the recommendation by Sports Authority of India guideline. Lighting system shall achieve an average Horizontal illuminance of 2500 lux & an average Vertical illuminance of 2000 lux. Detailed specification of luminaries/ LED as per the manufacturer. Detailed specification for High Mast, Frame panels of Luminaries (combination of Narrow beam and wide beam) & panel/ electrical wire etc as per the Light Design data. LIGHTING DESIGN SHEET AND LUMINARIES DETAILS showing the achieved lux levels shall be approved by the Engineer in charge. Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning High mast poles of height (as lighting system scheme) mounted with luminaries (as lighting system scheme). High mast to be equiped with Powerlift man rider. Work to include GI Earthing of the poles Supply and Installation of power cables, circuiting and routing to be done as per the lighting design requirement. Supply and Installation of Outdoor type Direct Lighting Distribution Board with TPN incomer of suitable rating and outgoing MCBs of suitable rating ; Main Power Panel (630A/180A) ; Mimic Panel (For Selection of lights for various Applications). Work shall be completed by following stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incorporating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms, SAI/International Sports Body Norms, IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respects. Supply including handover of Dugout made of Aluminum frame with P.U epoxy color paint as per requirement with 4 wheel. Structure will be covered with 3 mm polycarbonate sheet and individual seats width space made comfortable by means of injected molded seats.

Supply, installation and handover of boxing ring size made of 24 feet x 24 feet structure made of MS steel structure, all the structure is foldable fitted by nut bolt easy assembling system, 4 inch round and square pipe, Rope 30mm thick, sewed by non tearing synthetic fabrics , top made of water proof plywood and rubber sheets, upper cover non tearing, 2 side stair, surrounding curtain.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE : Operation & Comprehensive maintenance as per CPWD Maintenance Manual 2019. It will include all equipments installed under the supervision of engineer-in-charge, such as ESS, DG SETS, Transformer units, Low Side Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings, Electrical Fixtures, Fittings, DB’s, Panel, stadium lighting systems etc. and any other Capital Equipments and accessories which require maintenance, Field of play surfaces of all playing facilities such as football field, athletic track, D-areas, multi-purpose field, lawn tennis courts, indoor stadium courts playing area , swimming Pool Equipments, Sub-surface Drainage System, Automatic Field Irrigation System. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumables, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel, power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge. For 1st year (Concurrently with DLP of 12 Months) & additional 4 successive years to achieve 5 years of operation and maintenance.
