The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be in the field of Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional/ Non-industrial building Project(s) comprising Construction of a multi-storeyed RCC framed structure. The bidder should have experience in one of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs 1,23,26,52,182.00 (40% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.1,54,08,15,228.00 (50% of the estimated cost of the project) - One similar work costing not less than Rs.2,46,53,04,364.00 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), any one of the partners should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed (at least 70%) of a Residential Multistoried housing & hostel project in a single campus under Govt./ State Govt. organization project/ PSU of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project in India during the last 7 years. The bidder is also required to have prior work experience in executing similar works, with the contractor(s) submitting for the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge, the names of specialized agencies, of repute alongwith their technical capability proposed to be engaged by him, who have executed satisfactorily a minimum of three works of value not less than 40% of corresponding value each or two works of value not less than 60 % each or one work of value not less than 80% of corresponding amount in the last five years.
