The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 5 years ending last day of submission of tender. The bidder should have experience in similar works, such as construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional / Non- Industrial building Project(s) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, firefighting, lifts etc. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works, each cost not less than the amount equal to 40% of Estimated cost put to tender. - Or, Two similar completed works, each cost not less than the amount equal to 60% of Estimated cost put to tender. - Or, One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of Estimated cost put to tender. The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work including cost of material supplied by the respective Client but excluding those supplied by the client free of cost. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual executed value of work at a simple interest rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should also have experience in various fields of civil engineering construction, including electrical works, firefighting, and other allied works, with a minimum amount of 40% of the works as indicated in Appendix-I during the last 5 years ending last day of submission of tender in a single job. In terms of specific values, the bid amount is Rs. 2,33,94,317.00, and the bidder should have experience in similar works, but the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified. However, the bidder is required to provide proposals for sub-contracting of elements of work costing more than 10% of the bid amount.
