Water Treatment Plant comprising of: Construction of Complete Water Treatment Plant of capacity 0.192 MLD (in 16 hours of operation) with suitable design in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution, having provision for Aeration, Plain Sedimentation, Rapid Mixing (for Coagulation) & Filtration followed by disinfection, including all necessary Mechanical and Electrical Installation Work, hving provision for Back Washing; Chemical dosing; Sludge disposal system; all internal connection & by-pass piping system all internal electrification work with all necessary electrical fittings & fixures viz., light / fan / power socket etc.; Main incoming electrical control panels for connecting & hooking up of the electrical switch gears of various drive motors of the Treatment Plant units, etc., all complete, as directed and specified.

Storage of Treated Water : Construction of 30,000.0 ltrs. Capacity RCC Under Ground Treated Water Sump and RCC clear water pump room above the Sump at treatment plant location,having all appurtenances & provision in the Sump for all inlet, outlet & overflow arrangement; calibrated water level indicator; Air Vent Pipe; Men Hole with Cover; CI Lugs inside the sump etc., and complete finishing of the pump room having steel casement window / ventilator, MS Rolling Shutter, C.C. flooring with metallic concrete hardener / C.C. flooring with metallic concrete hardener, internal electrification with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, as directed and specified. )

Treated Water Pumping Machinery and other accessories comprising of : Providing Treated Water Pumping machinery including all necessary electrical and other installation works : 1 no. 3.0 HP capacity electrically operated centrifugal pump set (as per relevant BIS specification) with matching drive motor (as per relevant BIS specification) with variable frequency drive where required, all of reputed make and conforming to BIS specification & other regulatory norms, including providing all necessary suction & delivery piping arrangements with control valves & specials viz. foot valve, sluice valve, non return valve etc., electrical switch gear along with required capacity Capacitor bank panel and connection cable of required sizes, arrangement for priming system, anti vibratory mountings for the pump set, hooking up of the pump with the clear water pumping main as described in next item etc. and including payment of all taxes and duties as applicable, all complete as directed and specified.

Treated Water Conveying Main from Treated Water Sorage Sump to the Elevated Service Reservoir : Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 90 mm dia. ISI marked PE 63 Grade, PN6 pressure rating High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes suitable for drinking water supply conforming to IS:4984-2016 (with up to date & latest ammendments at the time of execution) from Manufacturere Store including providing all necessary specials viz., bend, tee, enlarger/reducer, end plug etc. (matching with the prescribe Grade & Presuure rating same as to that of pipe) and including transportation of the pipes & specials upto work site including handling charges; lowering and laying of the pipes & specials in line and level in trenches and / or over supports (minimum cover of pipe in trenches shall be 1 meter); Jointing of pipes & required specials etc. by fusion welding; construction of required valve chamber and, hydraulic testing of the same (both pipes & specials), including all necessary earth work / road cutting etc. for making pipe trenches & back filling of the same to its original condition; and, including providing all necessary labour & equipment etc., all complete, as directed and specified.

Elevated Service Reservoir : Design & Construction (including conducting sub soil investigation work conforming to relevent BIS Code of Practices for finding out different sub soil parameters & calculation of safe bearing capacity of soil at suitable depth from the formation level) of 60.0 Cu.m. capacity Hot Press Moulded Thermosetting Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester Resin (GRP) [conforming to IS 14399 (Parts 1 and 2) : 1996] Elevated Service Reservoirs with 10.0 m. high M.S. staging (having M.S. inspection deck on all side of the reservoir, with suitable RCC Foundation including all necessary inlet/ outlet/ overflow/ draining etc. piping arrangement with control valves, M.S. ladder with guard ring for ascending to the inspection canopy and then to the Roof of the reservoir, Air Vent pipes, Manhole with frame & cover at roof, lightening arrestor with minimum 2 nos. copper plate Earth station, Solar Power operated Aviation Warning Lamp with auto switch ON/OFF devices, painting of the M.S. staging, supporting deck & inspection deck with anti corrosive paint over priming coat etc. all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), as directed and specified.

Water Disrtribution Pipe Net Work : Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of distribution pipe network consisting of different dia ISI marked PE 63 Grade, PN6 pressure rating High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes suitable for drinking water supply conforming to IS:4984-2016 (with up to date & latest ammendments at the time of execution) from Manufacturere Store including providing all necessary specials viz., bend, tee, enlarger/reducer, end plug etc. (matching with the prescribe Grade & Presuure rating same as to that of pipe) and including transportation of the pipes & specials upto work site including handling charges; lowering and laying of the ppipes & specials in line and level in trenches and / or over supports (minimum cover of pipe in trenches shall be 1 meter); Jointing of pipes & required specials etc. by fusion welding; construction of required valve chamber and, hydraulic testing of the same (both pipes & specials), including all necessary earth work / road cutting etc. for making pipe trenches & back filling of the same to its original condition; acquiring permission for road cutting etc., if any, from the competant authority; restoration of the excavated road surface (both heard crust and/or side berm) to its original condition; Making of supporting pillars for portion of pipe line to be laide along depressed area/ nullah crossing etc., if any; providing approximately 357 Nos. of house service connection (in the entire pipe network,including supply of all required materials Viz., average 110 mm dia HDPE shadle piece with gusket, 15 mm dia brass ferrul cock, average 5 m. long 3 layer (Outer green / GREY coloured UV Stabilised, middle black coloured UV Stabilised and inermost layer white coloured with antimicrobial property Fusion welded PP-R ( Poly propylene-random copolymer) PN-16, 20 mm OD, SDR 7.4 Pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, all of approved Brand & Make conforming to relevant BIS Code; and, including providing all necessary labour & equipment etc., all complete, as directed and specified. a) 140 mm Dia pipe

Power Connection from APDCL Grid : Drawl of Power Line from nearby APDCL Grid to Intake location as well as to treatment plant location including setting up of required capacity Sub-Station (along with provision for A.V.R., if required) including obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as directed and specified. a) power connectint to Intake Station (Approximate length of power line from nearby APDCL Grid - 1100.0 RM; Approximate capacity of Power Transformer - 25 KVA)

b) Power Connection to Treatment Plant Location (Approximate length of power line from nearby APDCL Grid - 1000.0 RM; Approximate capacity of Power Transformer - 25 KVA)

Site Development & Security Wall : Land Development & Security Wall with RCC framed structure at Treatment Plant site with MS gate, wall finished with weather coat cement paint & gate finished with non glossy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer), all complete, as directed and specified (approximate size of the plot -520 Sq.m. and approximate depth of filling for raising low site of construction - 1.20 m.).

Compond Electrification, Land Scapping etc : Supplying, fitting, fixing, testing and commissioning of 250 watt HPSV street lights of required Nos. luminaire at treatment plant site ( Bajaj make BJMP – 250 W or equivalent) complete with 250 W SV lamp including supplying and fixing of 40 mm dia 3.0 m long GI (H) pipe post with clamping devices and embedded in PCC base of size 400 mm x 400 mm x 75 mm deep below GL., wiring with 6.0 mm2 PVC insulated wire (in Loop for connecting at least 4 such lamp) through PVC flexible conduit laid below GL, including supply of all materials and labour and including cost of PCC base & necessary earth work etc.; making provision of Cement Concrete Internal Road, path etc. laid on Brick Flat Soling inside the Treatment Plant site; and, Landscapping and Arboriculture in the Treatment Plant Site; and, including supply of all labour & materials etc., all complete, as directed & specified.

Trial Run : Trial Run of the complete water supply scheme after successful commissioning of all the system component including payment of wages for all pump operator, treatment plant operator, Khalashi, Plumber, Electrician, helper etc. for both intake station & treatment plant; supplying of all necessary chemicals, disinfectants, laboratory reagent etc., all complete, as directed and specified.
