WATER RESISTANT FDR WITH ZIPPER ( Stabilization of in-situ( existing pavement crust) or soil or otherwise sub base/base course up to the required depth by cold in-situ recycling using chemical additives Terrasil organo silane nanotechnology and Zycobond nano acrylic copolymer with cement.: providing pulverizing, spreading,milling and mixing of chemical additives Terrasil organo silane nanotechnology and Zycobond nano acrylic copolymer at the appropriate rate as per job mix design in accordance wtih IRC SP 72-2015. Cementitious additive @ rate of minimum 4 to 7% should be spread on the existing pavement using mobile truck mounted containerized cement/additive spreader with microprocessor controlled weighing and spreading system. The additive spreader shall have variable working with sufficient to cover whole pavement lane. The in-situ stabilization process shall be carried out by a mobole and hydrolic propelled portable stabilizer/ Cold Recycler(Asphalt Zipper) or equivalant of working width of 1.2 m width minimum engine horse power of 230 kw with a variable working depth up to 30 cm. To this milled materials, organo silane nanotechnology and nano acrylic copolymer are added in proportion of 1kg per cum Terrasil organosilane nanotechnology and 1kg per cum Zycobond nano acrylic copolymer with OMC water. The resultant stabilized mix would be profiled to the required grade,level and thickness using motor grader and the mix would be compacted using 20 tonne pad foot roller in combination with smooth wheel roller to achieve desired proctor density as per IRC and complete in all respect and curing with water as required.

SAMI Layer( Bitumen VG-30) with organosilane nanotechnology Providing and laying SAMI (Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer) layer as a crack relief layer with organosilane nanotechnology added @ 0.1% by weight of bitumen, laid on prepared stabilized surface followed by cover of crushed stone chipping of specified size and rolling with 80-100 kn static roller including cleaning of base surface as per technical specifications.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kn/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using Cold mix binder to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level grade and cross fall using Type A,Type B and Type C as per Technical specification clause 510. with cold mix Binder Ezee PC(MS) (AS PER IRC :SP: 100-2014) and through credible technology partners duly licensed by CRRI.

HUME PIPE CULVERT 1000 mm dia single cell culvert Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3m depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Plain cement concrete M10( 1:3:6 nominal mix) in levelling course below open foundation of Head walls as per drawings & Technical specification clause 1109.

Laying concrete cradle bedding with M15 Grade cement concrete as per clause 1105(i)

Stone Masonary work in cement morter in foundation of Head walls complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1109.
