Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Construction of Sub-Base/Base of road pavement by making use of EVOCRETE CCL Soil Modifier (GERMAN) technology by re-using the existing/in-situ soil. Profiling the material to the required design standard followed by spreading of 6% of O.P.C. 43 Grade cement per m2 (Variable depending upon soil properties) , then spreading 2 % EVOCRETE additive of 6 % OPC and Pulverising the cement , additive & existing pavment material/soil with help of Recycler/Stabilizer. Then Re-garding, profiling to maintain camber with grader & compacting simaltaneously with 14 tonne vibratory roller to achieve 95% degree of compaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge & finally irrigating the stabilized surface for next 48 hours.

Providing and fixing of typical Citizens Information Board and Maintanance Information Board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Two nos. 1.6mm thick MS sheet duly welded with 5mm thick steel plate on back on edges. The 4 nos. steel plate will be welded horizontally with 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm, 750mm below ground level. The 2 nos. steel plate will be welded vertically to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly welded to vertical tubes. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and coloue. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
