The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder must have experience of successfully executing at least 1 "similar order" for a value of INR 7.65 Lakh in the preceding 5 years from the original bid closing date of the tender. 2. Past Performance: Documentary evidence of satisfactory execution of each of the purchase orders cited above should be submitted in the form of copies of relevant Purchase Order along with copies of any of the following documents: - Satisfactory Inspection Report - Satisfactory Supply Completion / Installation Report - Consignee Receipted Delivery Challans - Central Excise Gate Pass / Tax Invoices issued under relevant rules of Central Excise/VAT/GST - Any other documentary evidence that can substantiate the satisfactory execution of each of the purchase orders cited above. The values mentioned are: * INR 7.65 Lakh: The value of the "similar order" that the bidder must have experience of successfully executing. * 5 years: The time period within which the execution of supply should be completed. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender: * A certificate issued by a practicing Chartered Cost Accountant (with Membership Number and Firm Registration Number) is required for proof of Annual Turnover & Net worth. * Audited Balance Sheet along with Profit & Loss account can also be submitted as proof. * In case of Central Govt. Organization/PSU/State Govt. Organization, their certificates may be accepted even though FRN is not available, provided they provide documentary evidence for the same.
