The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products for 3 years. Alternatively, the bidder must be well established in the same type of business for at least 5 years, or have 3 years of past experience for the same/similar service. 2. Past Performance: 10% weightage is given to past performance, or the bidder must have a Performance Track Record (PTR) of the respective item type of the offered make and model, performing satisfactorily in a similar installation for a period of at least 6 months during the past 10 years. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: * 3 years: The minimum period for experience criteria * 5 years: The minimum period for which the bidder must be well established in the same type of business * 6 months: The minimum duration for which the bidder's offered make and model must have performed satisfactorily in a similar installation * 10 years: The period during which the bidder's past performance will be considered * 10%: The weightage given to past performance Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: * OEM Authorization Certificate * Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the percentage of local content * Certificate regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made (for Make in India products) * Performance certificate/ mail feedback from the end user (Organization) mentioning/indicating item details, performance duration, etc. * PTR (Performance Track Record) of the respective item type of the offered make and model * BIS certificate (BIS:13252) for the offered camera * Certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor (for bid value more than Rs 10 Crore) * Declaration relating to the percentage of local content certified by a statutory auditor or cost auditor, or a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant.
