From 1.5m depth to 3.0 m depth

Backfill with material from excavation

Backfilling around foundations, plinth, trenches etc to proper grade and level with selected materials from available excavated soil within a lead of 500 meter, including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, breaking clods, loading, transporting and laying at all depths / heights in layer of 200 mm loose thickness, watering and ramming to proper compaction to achieve 90% maximum proctor density, dressing etc all complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Rate for compacted thickness shall be considered.)

Backfilling around foundations, plinth, trenches etc to proper grade and level with excavating the earth from approved borrow pits (arranged by Contractor) including cost of backfill material along with all royalties/taxes etc, loading, transporting and laying at all depths / heights in layer of 200 mm loose thickness, watering and ramming to proper compaction to achieve 90% maximum proctor density, dressing etc all complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge and including certification of used material in compliance with the Soil Recommendations. ( Rate for compacted thickness shall be considered.)

Providing and laying REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE (Ready Mix Concrete) OF Design Mix of M-35 GRADE with 20 mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/ gravel using Ordinary Portland Cementt/Portland Pozzolona Cement in SUB STRUCTURE in suspended floors, slabs, beams, columns, walls including counterforts, staircases, landings, steps, facias, fins,mouldings, gutters, shelves. window sills, canopies, lintels, girders, ducts, brackets, chajjas with drip moulds, pedestals, posts, struts, equipment/ machine foundations, ramps etc. (including single pour concreting as specified on the drawing), providing cement wash- (wherever no other surface application is specified), providing pockets,openings, recesses, chamfering wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface etc. (EXCLUDING THE COST OF REINFORCEMENT, SHUTTERING,INSERTS AND SPECIFIED ADMIXTURES) FOR ALL HEIGHTS UPTO & INCLUSIVE below the H.P.P/PL Inclusive of necessary staging ,scaffolding for man movement and materials stacking/placing in any shape, position, thickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed. Bi-Polar corrrosion Inhibitor

Supplying and mixing of approved brand of BI-POLAR CONCRETE PENETRATING CORROSION INHIBITING ADMIXTURE in concrete as per manufacturer's specification for protection of reinforcement against corrosion. Supply of admixture, testing in Contractor's scope.

CENTERING AND SHUTTERING

Providing and fixing CENTERING AND SHUTTERING in foundations, footings, raft, beams, slabs, pile caps, retaining walls, jambs, counter-forts, buttresses, trenches, equipment/machine foundations, pedestals, abutments, pipe sleepers, columns, plinth beams, lintels, suspended slabs, beams, staircases, landings, steps, non-circular tunnels / bunkers / silos / shafts / hoppers / liquid storage structures etc. for all depths below and upto & inclusive of plinth level including shuttering for single pour concreting, strutting. bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during Concreting and removal of the same after specific period etc. for Straight / Inclined Shuttering, keeping necessary provisions for Inserts, Projecting Dowels, Anchor Bolts or any other Fixture, tools, equipments and labour necessary for the work,etc.below height of HPP/FGL, all complete and as specified and directed.

REINFORCEMENT

High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / TMT Bars – Grade Fe 500D for– Cast-in-Situ / Pre-cast Super Structures: Supplying , Cleaning and placing in position TMT bars / HIGH YEILD-STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BARS REINFORCEMENT of Grade Fe 500D conforming to lS:1786, for RCC work (Cast-in-Situ and/ or Pre-cast Reinforced Concrete Works ) Including transporting the Steel, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with 18 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every Intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fanhooks etc. for all Super Structures and at all heights as specified in the Drawings, specification TP-1ZZZA-CV-SPE-0002 and all completed as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Materials to be supplied as per approved vendor lists attached with special conditions of contract. SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTOR's SCOPE. Measurement: Weight calculated as the unit weight multiplied by the finished net bar length as per IFC drawings. For payment reinforcement including authorized weight for spacer bars, laps, chairs etc shall be measured separately for diameter wise length actually used. Wastages & unauthorized laps shall not be considered for payment. Inspections and Tests as per relevant technical specifications and codes shall be deemed to be included in the scope.

M.S holding down threaded Bolts

Supplying, fabricating, casting, installing and fixing in position at all levels & locations M.S.holding down threaded bolts conforming to IS 2062 Grade A or BR as per drawings and nomenclature, including supply and fixing nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves, etc., as per Standard TP-1ZZZA-CV-SDD-0002 in foundations, columns, pedestals, slabs, beams, walls etc. or any other place as directed including handling & transporting, straightening if required, turning from relevant size M.S. rounds to required diameter, threading, welding, providing necessary templates and auxiliary dummy structures, if any, necessary tying and welding with reinforcement, adjustment of shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, greasing exposed metal surfaces, covering bolts and packing the sleeves with jute cloth etc. all complete as specified and directed by EIC.(SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE).( No extra payment shall be given for template or any dummy structure)

Carting, Installing and fixing in position M.S.holding down threaded bolts for equipment supports, stacks, tanks, vessels, structural steel columns, foundations, including supplying, fabricating and installing necessary templates, providing auxiliary dummy structures, if any, necessary tying and welding to reinforcement, adjustment of shuttering, greasing exposed metal surfaces and covering with jute cloth etc., complete for all depths and heights ( Bolts/nuts/washers shall be provided by OWNER).( No extra payment shall be given for template or any dummy structure)

INSERT PLATES & CURB ANGLES, SLEEVES

Supplying ,fabricating and fixing in position M.S.Steel insert plates, slide plates, curb angle comprising of channels,angles, flats, rounds, plates and other structural shape etc.with holdfast /lugs, as shown in drawing including necessary templates, staging, cutting,bolting and welding as required and embedding in position on both, plain and reinforced cement concrete members inclusive of adjusting shuttering,welding, if necessary, tying & holding to correct level and line,and auxilary dummy structures to support the heavy inserts, ,fabrication, transporting and application of one coat of inorganic Zinc Silicate primer(Avg. 75 micron thickness DFT) and 2 coats of approved anti- corrosive paint 20 microns DFT each coat on the exposed surface only, embedding the insert in position complete.
