Chipping 25mm thk.:-Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 25mm average thickness.

Water Stop Tape:-Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Providing Shear Connector 16mm dia:-Supply and fixing of rebarring chemical FOSROC LOKFIX E75- pure Chemical anchor grout or equivalent for various diameters of reinforcement bar provide embedment depth as per the manufacturer’s specifications and instructions for use in concrete applications as directed by Engineer in charge. 16mm dia rebar at 240mm depth

Providing Shear Connector 12mm dia:- Supply and fixing of rebarring chemical FOSROC LOKFIX E75- pure Chemical anchor grout or equivalent for various diameters of reinforcement bar provide embedment depth as per the manufacturer’s specifications and instructions for use in concrete applications as directed by Engineer in charge. 12mm dia rebar at 180mm depth

Providing Shear Connector 10mm dia.:- Supply and fixing of rebarring chemical FOSROC LOKFIX E75- pure Chemical anchor grout or equivalent for various diameters of reinforcement bar provide embedment depth as per the manufacturer’s specifications and instructions for use in concrete applications as directed by Engineer in charge. 10mm dia rebar at 150mm depth

Providing Shear Connector 8mm dia.:- Providing and applying Share connector using rotary hammer drill machine and dust removing, batching, mixing of resin and hardener, inserting & anchoring re bars of specified dia in existing concrete surfaces using polyster resin based anchoring grout of make Fosroc Lokfix ,Hilti RE 500 or equivalent and necessary re baring of reinforcement steel up to 15D mm depth. 8 mm dia

Application of Bonding Agent:- Providing and applying structural grade long pot life epoxy bond coat of Nitobond EP or equivalent prior to building up of section with any type of mortar/ concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application as per the manufacturers specifications. (Mode of measurement- per sqm of application of concrete surface )

Repair of spalled concrete:- Providing and Applying a two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar Fosroc Renderoc S2 or equivalent up to a thickness of 20 mm over a epoxy rasin bonding agent Nitobond EP or equivalent. The cured mortar shall achieve a compressive strength of 12 N/mm² in 1 day & 45 N/mm² in 28 days with Flexural strength 8 N/mm² in 28 days. Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated Electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. In addition to this percentage of water absorption should be 0.45 after 24 Hrs in immersion test.

Epoxy Grout:-Providing and Sealing the cracks, or grouting in the concrete surface, after opening the cracks using suitable tools or saw cut in the crack, and cleaning the interior sides of the crack using sharp tools to remove all loose materials, using two component, high strength, non-sag, epoxy compound Nitobond PC 40 of fosroc make or equivalent, inclusive of all Manpower, Material and Equipment. Injection Of Low Viscous Resin: BY Providing and grouting the cracks after fixing the injection ports at predetermine locations with the help of suitable injection grouting pumps at suitable pressures using two component, high strength, low viscous epoxy injection resin system such as Conbextra EP 10 of Fosroc or equivalent inclusive of Manpower, Material and Equipment". (Mode of measurement: Per litre of grout consumption.

Fixing of Nipple:- Providing & fixing 12 mm diameter PVC nipples along crack lines or honey comb area including drilling hole of required diameter upto depths from 40 mmto 80 mm or half the thickness of member ( whichever is less), at required spacing but not exceeding the thickness of member or 300 mm including cutting the projected portion of nozzles in the level of surface after injection operation (injecting of cement slurry shall be paid for separately) and sealing off the nozzles with RENDROC PLUG of FOSROC or equivalent as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cementitious Grout:-Injecting cement slurry 1:3 (1 cement: 3 water) by weight including mixing of grout compound (CEBEX 100 of FOSROC or equivalent) as per manufacture specifications, in cracks/effected RCC work under low pressure upto 0.50 kg/cm2 though already fixed 12 mm dia PVC nipples complete as per direction of Engineering charge.(Fixing of PVC nipples shall be paid separately)

Micro Concreting:-Repair of Concrete as per the manufacturer instruction or instructed by the engineer in charge using micro concrete Rendroc RG of Fosroc or equivalent after proper surface preparation , shuttering and pouring of micro concrete complete as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge

Filling of core cut:-Filling of core cuts as per manufacture instruction or instructed by the engineer in charge using Rendroc RG SPL + Recron fibre or equivalent after proper surface preparation, shuttering and pouring as per the satisfaction of the Engineer

Corrosion resistant film:-Providing and applying a high build, pitch extended epoxy amine adduct, two component system, specifically designed to provide a tough, impermeable and corrosion resistant film, Nitocote ET550 manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent to achieved a total dry thickness of 350 micron in two coats. The fully cured coat is resistant to Exhaust and sewage gases, Dilute mineral acids and alkalis, Many organic solvents Barnacles and organic growths etc.

TMT Bars:-Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick Work:- Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY WITH BRICKS OF CLASS7.5 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) in one or more brick thickness and in any shape (excluding circular / curved brick masonry)at all heights above plinth level including the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding/staging, sampling & testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape & size. Finishing the joints Hush below ground level and raking out the joints above ground level, sealing the gap between masonry and soffit of beam/ slab, embedding the fittings & fixtures, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications. ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING CEMENT SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

AAC Work:- Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars atevery third course of masonry work.

12mm cement plaster:-Applying of 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

20 mm cement plaster:-Applying of 20 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Providing and applying Nitocote CM210 or equivalent, an elastomeric cementitious coating approved under the UK WBS (WRc Listed) Scheme No. 0510522 or equivalent upto a thickness of 1mm. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0 - 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure. It shall have the capability to resist a positive water pressure of 5 bar as per DIN 1048,Pt 5 and a negative water pressure of 2 bar when tested to ITM / FTM-181. The cured coating, shall have the capability to static crack accommodation 0.9mm with Abrasion resistance as per ASTM D4060 : Wear Index (equivalent to 40 N conc.) with CO diffusion resistance (Taywood method) 50 m .Application should be as per manufacturer's methodology.

Core Cutting 50mm dia.:-Providing and wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration for laying service lines by core cutting (diamond drilling) machine of approved make including scaffolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning, making good, sealing the joints around the service pipes with suitable material (which paid separately), nominal reinforcement wherever required for all levels/ all height, after approval of PM etc. compete. Measurement shall be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorized approved agency. 50mm dia

Core Cutting 75mm dia.:-Providing and wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration for laying service lines by core cutting (diamond drilling) machine of approved make including scaffolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning, making good, sealing the joints around the service pipes with suitable material (which paid separately), nominal reinforcement wherever required for all levels/ all height, after approval of PM etc. compete. Core Cutting 250mm dia.:-Providing and wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration for laying service lines by core cutting (diamond drilling) machine of approved make including scaffolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning, making good, sealing the joints around the service pipes with suitable material (which paid separately), nominal reinforcement wherever required for all levels/ all height, after approval of PM etc. compete. Measurement shall be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorized approved agency. 250mm dia

Glass Strips for Panel Dividers, Providing and laying average 50mm thick heavy duty cement concrete flooring in panels consisting of base course of 35mm thick cement concrete (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3.5 stone aggregates of 10mm to 6mm size by volume) laid over sub-base in panels (each panel not exceeding 1sqm in area) in desired shape & pattern and 15mm thick finishing layer consisting of cement , hardener & stone aggregate mix of 15 mm thickness laid over the base course. Ironite / non-metallic (sika-chapdur) or equivalent metallic integral hardening compound in proportion of 1 part of ironite to 4 parts of ordinary Portland cement by weight, laid integral with base course and finished smooth including cost of cement, clearing the sub-base surface, applying neat cement slurry over sub-base to receive the base course, levelling, tamping, trowelling, finished, curing, providing shuttering to the edges, providing panel dividers using Fibre Glass / PVC / or Glass Strip, etc. all complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cuplock scaffolding:-Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. **This item will not be used with any other items where scaffolding is already included.

Waterproofing:- Supplying and applying Polyurethane (PU) membrane (Moist cured) over the existing exposed terrace after proper surface preparaton, crack treatment where ever required, repairing the Khura etc., complete. The scope of work includes the following sequence of operations. PRIMECOAT:- Priming should be done using two component epoxy based,water dispersed VOC free Primer at a covarage of 0.2-0.4 Kg/Sqm using brush/ roller or as recommended by manufracturer .The primer should have mix density of 1.03 + 0.02 Kg/Litre& Bond strength 1.5 N/Sqmm TOP COAT:- Proving and applying a single-component, liquid applied, elastomeric polyurethane coating s like Nitoproof 600PF of Fosroc/ Sikalastic 450(I) of Sika/ AquaArm WPU 1K E of MYK to provides excellent resistance to moisture, water, and salts penetration into concrete and masonry surfaces.The waterproofing coating should confirm the requirement of ASTM C-836. The formed membrane should have properties at 28 days of Elongation: 450 %, Tensile strength 1.4 N/Sqmm confirming to ASTM D412 with Tear resistance: 10 N confirming to ASTM D624 .

Extra for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm non woven, 100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as per manufactures recommendation.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with i.Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with ii.Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification. Measurement: Per bag of 50kg cement used

Anti-corrosive protective coating:-Supplying and applying two coats of Zinc rich anti-corrosive protective coating with "Nitozinc primer" of Fosroc or euivalent @ 0.20 Lit perSqm over thoroughly cleaned and prepared steel bars including formwork as directed and specified by the Engineer In Charge complete.

Deployment of handheld electrical driven concrete breaker machine (Heavy duty) along with skilled operator. Impact Energy 45J, Weight 16.5 kg, Power 1750 W, 1300 BPM Bosch GSH 16-30 or equivalent.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make.

Supply and laying of Non-shrink cementitious grout for grouting of base plates, under base frames or other anchoring elements for structures and/or machines, including roughening & cleaning of surfaces, form-works, chamfering of edges, smoothing of exposed surfaces, Curing, making flush to the existing RCC surface by chipping & finishing, RCC surface to be made wet for 24 hrs. before grouting, providing all tools and labour necessary to complete the work as per drawings and approved manufacturer’s specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.Non-shrink cementitious grout GP1/GP2 as per approved Vendor List, Drawings and Specifications. Volume measured on IFC drawings.

Vacuum dewatering method, finishing the surface smooth with mechanical power trowel all complete as directed by engineer in charge. Necessary groove cutting shall be done as per IFC drawings. Including filling with joints between panels sealed with suitable Polyurethane sealant as per manufacturer specification.

IPS flooring:- Providing and laying 40 to 50 mm thick Indian patent Stone Flooring with M-15 grade cement - grit concrete including curing and finishing as specified.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Bars upto 12 mm diameter.
