The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The total value of similar nature of works completed during the qualifying period shall be considered. A component in a composite work shall be considered separate only when its cost is more than 2 crore. The bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The work experience certificate should be issued by a person authorized by the Public listed company, if the work was done for such a company, and the company should have an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years.
