The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar nature of work, which is defined as "Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of any LT/HT Electrical Work". The bidder must have completed works of similar nature in the current and last 7 years. The bidder needs to submit a list of works of similar nature physically completed in all respects and an attested copy of the Completion Certificate of works from the organizations with whom they worked. Specific values and percentages of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of tender. The average annual contractual turnover should be of the value V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
