Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of floor/ pedestal mounted outdoor type double door LT Panel Board with canopy and with IP-64 protection dust-vermin & corrosion proof, chemically treated , colour of panel shall be RAL 7035 structured finish , modular in construction made of suitable size, using CRCA Sheet Steel of 2mm thickness and are Epoxy powder coating having 9 tank process having provision of cable alley in both sides as per Sr. DEE/GHY SPECFICATION No: SDEE/GH/SPN/52 Dated 21/5/2007 with 1 set 3 4 phase with neutral (TPN) electrolytic grade 800A Copper bus bar and bus bar system shall have heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve. The panel shall also consist of digital voltmeter, ammeter, selector switch, CT's of control fuse and 3 Nos. LED indication lamp, auxiliary contactors, cam switches, Meter module- Analog for provision of Voltmeter, Ammeter with Selector Switch, cable alley etc. as per manufacturer specification/recommendation. All internal connection to be done by suitable size copper strip comprising of the following :- a)Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 3 No. 400A, 4P, 36 kA microprocessor released based MCCB , internal connection should be stranded suitable copper strip to be provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. b) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of multifunction meter module with voltmeter , Ammeter , Selector Switch , Ct's Control fuse & Indication light etc.. Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of cable alley suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, including spreader terminals (extended type), terminal cover (long type) and phase barrier as per requirement and suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar.. (Breaking capacity of all MCCB's should be Ics=100% Icu with adjustable magnetic settings and MCCB's shall have a rated service voltage up to 690V and rated impulse withstand voltage shall not be lesser than 8 KV).

Supply and construction of foundation pad with suitable ramp and fixing of suitable channel on the top of the bed for installation of transformers by CC foundation in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, sand and chips of size 19 mm and down as required at site consulting with the site Engineer.

Supply & erection of Color coated maintenance free, non- corrosive nature FRP fencing for substation of height 6 feet of fence panels 25 mm deep, 50x50 mm mesh with the load bars oriented parallel to the edge of the panels, vertical and horizontal Line posts of 4" x 4" x 1/4" wide flange sections, Corner Posts of 6" 6 x 6" x 3/8" angles with lock and key arrangement. Line and corner posts are to be manufactured by the pultrusion process with a glass content minimum of 45%, maximum of 55% by weight. The structural shapes shall be composed of fiber glass reinforcement and resin in qualities, quantities, properties, arrangements with supply and construction of foundation pad with suitable ramp and fixing of suitable channel on the top of the bed. The CC foundation should be in the ratio 1:2:4 by cement sand and chips of size 19 mm and down and dimensions as per site requirement as per instructions of the Engineer In-charge.

Supply and erection of 3 nos.(one set) station class lighting arrestor suitable for 3 wire 11 KV OH with rated voltage 9 KV (RMS) with a normal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement GI bolt ,nuts, washer etc.

Provision of HDT machine for horizontal boring in outside of the Road/Railway track Embankment 8 at a minimum distance of 6 Mts. from the embankment GL and depth of 2 Mts. below from G.L. with preparation of site for boring by placing of pipes for electric cable protection through contractor's own arrangement for 200 mm diameter hole as per direction of site Engineer.

Supply, laying, fitting, fixing of CI pipe 200 mm diameter heavy duty for protection of cable under track crossing/under the road etc .

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable end termination kit suitable for single core 11 KV grade 120 sq mm single core armoured cable including all accessories for jointing 11 KV cable to overhead through PG clamp as per direction at site Engineer.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV GO switch 400 Amps complete with operating handle and fixing of necessary MS channel.( 1 set consisting of 3 pieces )

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV DO switch 400 Amps complete with paper insulated barrel fuse and fixing of necessary MS channel.( 1 set consisting of 3 pieces)

Supply, erection and commissioning of GI tubular pole 9.5 Mts. long type -410 SP -32 with step 13 length 5.2-2.4-2.4 Mts. section diameter 165.1 x 139.7x114.3 mm sectional thickness 4.85 x 4.5x3.65 mm as per IS 2713 of 1980 including suitable size of base plate and cap on top including Supply and construction of CC foundation work in ratio 1:3:6 by cement sand and chips of size 19 mm & down. The size of the block will be 30cmx30 cm and length 15cm below the bottom of GI tubular pole under GL to 30cm above GL.

Construction of 2 pole structure by supply, erection, fixing of the following MS channel and angle 14 clamp with pole by 50 x 5 mm MS flat with 50x16 mm diameter bolt and nut including making of hole by drill as per requirement of site(i)MS Channel (100 x 50 x 50 x 5) mm x 2200 mm=1 No. conductor bracket.(ii) MS Angle (50x50x6) mm x 2200mm=2 nos. bracing (iii)MS Channel (75 x 40 x 40 x 4.8) mm x 2200mm= 1No. guard wire(iv)MS Angle (50x50x6) mm x3200mm=2 nos. cross bracing

Excavation of cable trench 1.0 Mts. x 0.5 Mts. below the GL with laying of armored cable and 15 refilling the same by supply of Brick, Sand and Soil after digging the earth as per direction of Engineer at site & connection of armored Cable by supply and fixing of crimping lugs etc. as per Sr.DEE/GHY's Drg. No. SDEE/GH/20 dtd. 08.05.2009.

Supply & commissioning of 110 (OD) mm diameter Double wall corrugated PN-6.0 Kgf/cm2 HDPE pipe partly through over ground & partly through underground including provision of necessary socket etc. as per direction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply and laying/erection of GI pipe ( Heavy Duty) 100mm diameter of medium gauge with all necessary arrangement such as (50x6) mm MS flat with suitable size of bolt and nuts as per direction at site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply , fabrication & installation of GI shed and fenching with Door , Lock & Key arrangement for inverter ( size 6.5L x 3.5W x 2.5H) Mtrs along with Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and 18 framed work . In RSJ , tees , angles and channels (081031) In flats , plates , round or square bars (081032) Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position Hot finished welded type tubes (081291) Supply & installation of precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (101080) Providing and fixing of 0.56mm Aluminium troughed profile sheets (101080 ) with centre to centre pitch of 200mm frame etc .

Horizontal manual boring of Railway across the embankment /Road at a depth of 2 Mts. below GL as per Technical specification no. Sr.DEE/GH/SPN/139 dtd.20.10.17 (power line crossing) Sl. No.1 (e) by contractor's own arrangement. (a)Horizontal boring of 200 mm dia hole.

Carrying, Laying, commissioning of various sizes of XLPE armoured cable , partly along the pole 20 and partly through ground in cable trench with suitable fixing arrangement by supply and fixing of suitable size of crimping lugs etc. Loading, unloading & carrying of cable to actual work site by contractor own arrangement as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site.

Supply, fitting, fixing , testing & commission of four pole 800Amp ON load change over switch conforming to IS :13947(part-3);IEC:60947-3 with proper Sheet steel outdoor enclosure as per instruction of site engineer in-charge of Railway along with suitable phase barrier & Handle with door interlock kit.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 330.270 KWp solar power plant consisting of the following: a)Supply of 545Wp or above solar SPV Module IEC certified Monocrystalline cell; IEC : 61215/IS14286; Each PV module must use a RF identification tag (RFID); Qty: 606 Nos (Quantity may be adjusted according to the rating SPV module used). Warranty of module should be 25 years. b)On grid solar 1 PCU/Inverter (three phase unit) of capacity 50KVA or higher; quantity : suitable numbers. c)ACDB , PCDB , DC protection unit , AC protection unit, earthing, lighting Arrestor, wires/cables, cable tray, connectors and all other accessories. d)Panel mounting structure . e)Modbus with short GSM antenna + AC to DC power supply & DIN rail mountable arrangement & all other equipments meant for solar remote monitoring with 2 years standard warranty . Operation & maintenance of 05 years including replacement of all parts cover under the guarantee providing tolls & tackles required for maintenance purpose along with required spare parts etc shall be the part of the contract for period of 05 years from date of commissioning (as per MNRE guidelines)

Supply, installation, commissioning of outdoor type compact Sub-station (CSS) consisting 500 KVA 0.415/11 KV Dry type step up transformer; OFF LOAD Tap changer OCTC, Tapping= +5% to -5% @ 2.5% in HV 4 side, Air Natural cooling; Gas insulated Ring Main Unit FR1- 11, 12Kv, 21kA; 1 Load Break Switch and 1 Vacuum Circuit Breaker; LT panel consisting fixed manual type incomer Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) with microprocessor based release for over current, short circuit and earth fault protection as incomer cum out going including necessary HT,LT and control cabling works, metering CTs, MFM , aux contactor , indication lamp, internal earthing connections by GI strips etc. as per instructions given by Railway Site Engineer.

No. SDEE/GH/20 dtd. 08.05.2009.

Supply and commissioning of 5KV Digital insulation Tester as per specification in Annexure enclosure. Similar to Model No. MIT 515 , Make/Brand: MEGGER/TEKTRONIX/KEYSIGHT/RONDE/SCHWARZE & METRAVI and as per annexure . Warranty of meter would be 30 months from the date of commissioning.
