Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable 4 end termination kit suitable for single core 1.1 KV grade XLPE 630 sq.mm Aluminum earthed armoured cable including all accessories for connecting cable to transformer through suitable Lug etc as per direction at site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply & erection of Color coated maintenance free, non- corrosive nature FRP fencing for substation of height 6 feet of fence panels 25 mm deep, 50x50 mm mesh with the load bars oriented parallel to the edge of the panels, vertical and horizontal Line posts of 4" x 4" x 1/4" wide flange sections, Corner Posts of 6" x 6" x 3/8" angles with lock and key arrangement. Line and 5 corner posts are to be manufactured by the pultrusion process with a glass content minimum of 45%, maximum of 55% by weight. The structural shapes shall be composed of fiberglass reinforcement and resin in qualities, quantities, properties, arrangements with supply and construction of foundation pad with suitable ramp and fixing of suitable channel on the top of the bed. The CC foundation should be in the ratio 1:2:4 by cement sand and chips of size 19 mm and down and dimensions as per site requirement as per instructions of site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply, fitting, fixing of 30Watt, LED flood light luminaries complete for pit lighting 6 suitable for 110V DC input voltage. Fixture shall be made from pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass cover, secured properly with Teflon gasket to ensure IP: 65 protections. System wattage shall be 30W max with system lumen output of 3000 lumens. LEDs shall be of SMD type (Cree/Nichia/Osram/Seoul). Luminaries and ballast shall be of same make. The LED fittings should be warranted for 5 years.

Supply, erection of earthing set by 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3 Mts. Long including 7 construction of earth pit with cover, 50x6 mm GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe and earth continuity by (25x3) mm GI strip, nuts & bolts etc. as per direction at site and to be constructed as per DRG No: PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 Dated 30.09.2024.

Supply and filling of stone dust in the above treated switch yard as per instruction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply , laying and fixing of IP65 Loop in Loop out junction box with metric knockouts 10 for cable entry, poly carbonate/thermo plastic junction box of size (155x210x92) mm suitable for 10 sq mm Cooper wire along with proper arrangement for clamp, nut & bolts through wall/ground/pole etc as per direction of site Engineer.

Supply of Single longitudinal welding Single dipped Galvanizing Octagonal pole 6 Mts. long type -BOP-6030 with 70mm Top Diameter & 130 mm Bottom Diameter and Steel thickness 3 11 mm as per ISO 9001 of 2000 & ISO14001 including suitable base plate of size 220mmx220mmx12mm and cap on top including Supply and construction of CC foundation work including Anchor type Foundation Bolts 4 Nos. 20mm diameter & 600 mm length( 4 Nos. in one group) in C.C. foundation & 6 Amps SP MCB , fixing of Bakelite Sheet terminals and 2x1.5 sq mm Cu cable for MCB to Street light fitting connection as per direction of site engineer.

Supply & erection fixing of MS Hot Dip Galvanized Single arm Bracket 1000 mm long arm pipe outer diameter 48.3mm, thickness 3.25mm complete with mounting pipe of suitable size fit on pole with bolts and provision of cable entry as per direction of site engineer.

Supply, fitting, fixing and testing of outdoor type 1x45 watts LED street light fitting complete with LED lamp and all other accessories including connecting cable etc. as per site 13 requirement and Supply , fitting , fixing of 32 mm diameter GI pipe bracket including necessary MS clamp for holding of 45W LED fitting as per direction of site Engineer. Lumens output should be greater than 100 Lumens/watt, LED driver's efficiency should be minimum 90%, Power factor of complete fitting should be greater than 0.90, Input operating voltage: 140V to 277V AC.

Supply, fitting, fixing and testing of integral industrial type high power 200W LED high 14 bay light fittings with pressure die-cast aluminium housing with IP 65 protection complete with all accessories. Lumens output should be of 100 Lumens/watt , LED driver's efficiency should be more than 90% Power factor of complete fitting should be greater than 0.95, Input operating voltage: 140V to 277V AC.

Supply, fitting and fixing of 8 SWG GI wire as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of Railway.

Supply and erection of grey colour 12 way SPN Distribution Board (DC) having 6 No. 63 Amps, 250V DC DP-MCB, Breaking capacity 6kA, including internal connection of suitable copper cable / strip to be provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Carrying, Laying, commissioning of various sizes of XLPE armoured cable , partly along 17 the pole and partly through ground in cable trench with suitable fixing arrangement by supply and fixing of suitable size of crimping lugs etc. Loading, unloading & carrying of cable to actual work site by contractor own arrangement as per instruction of Engineer incharge at site.

Supply, erection testing and commissioning of Emergency Feed Terminal (EFT) as per RDSO Drg No. ELC.DTEXKL 3929 to fixed by GI clamps on pole/ under the Catwalks for welding terminal with hinges type GI Box in pole by clamped with nut& bolts etc
