Supply, erection, installation & commissioning of 6 Mtr long Octagonal pole hot dip galvanized minimum 65 micron zinc coating with sectional dia 70 mm (top),130 mm (bottom).overall sectional thickness 3 mm complete with base plate of size (220x220x12)mm, 4 nos 600 mm long foundation bolt of suitable dia along with pipe cap type pole bracket 1000 mm long double arm made with suitable cap pipe 48.3 mm,3.25 mm thick arms.Junction plate made of 6 mm thick Bakelite sheet with 10 amps SP MCB c curve & 4 nos end terminals to be mounted inside the base compartment of 4 Octagonal pole.The work will also include supply and erection of PCC/RCC works for foundation of size 55 cm x 55 cm and depth 1 Mtr below GL and height 20 cm above GL in proportion 1:2:4 with stone chips of maximum aggregate size 20 mm and less including cement, sand & provision of 75 mm dia pvc pipe for cable entry with excavation of earth for foundation of all depth and all places, nature and condition of soil including de-watering, shoring, shuttering, batchning,mixing,placing,leveling,carrying,etc and refilling the pit after completion of foundation work from excavated earth or borrowed pit by contractors own arrangement for octagonal pole. (considering SBC of soil is 10 Ton/sq.Mtr).

Laying, commissioning of LT/HT cable XLPE insulated power cables with armoured 5 aluminum conductors of different sizes partly along the pole and partly through ground in cable trench. Loading, unloading & carrying of cable to actual work site by contractor own arrangement as per instruction of Engineer in charge at site. (Cable will be supplied by Railway.)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dust and vermin proof, rodent proof, weather proof, chemically treated & dry powder coated LT outdoor rain shredded type floor mounted cubical panel board of made of CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick on suitable size MS channel/angle frame with 400A, 4 pole, electrolytic grade copper bus bar complete with cable alleys and all internal connection to be done by suitable size copper bus strip/cable, cable alleys, metering module and locking arrangement as per direction of Engineer In Charge at site. LT control panel consists (1) 250 6 amps 4 pole 26 KA breaking capacity MCCB-01 Nos. (2) 125 Amps 4 pole 36KA breaking capacity MCCB-02 nos.(3) 63 Amps 4 pole 25 KA breaking capacity MCCB-02 nos. having Meter Module- Ammeter, Voltmeter with selector. All MCCBs should have Ics=100%of Icu. The panel shall be fabricated from 2 mm thick sheet steel duly surface treated with at least 10 tank process treatments duly wired with PVC insulated copper wire confirming to IS: 694. The panel shall also comprise of suitable size & quantity of MCCB door interlocks, spreader link terminals, Aux. contact, CT, reverse current relay, led indicating lamps, 6A control MCB. The busbar shall be of electrolytic grade copper of size (50 x6) mm for 3 phase & neutral. The panel to be manufactured by the CPRI approved fabricator.

Supply and erection of earthing by 50 mm dia 3.60 mm thick 3 mtr long GI pipe with (25x5) mm GI strip & GI nut/bolts/washers etc with requisite amount of Charcoal and salt as per CEE/MLG's diagram CEE/STD/1. The whole work should be executed as per EIC at site.

Supply, fitting, fixing, testing, installation & commissioning of 45 Watt outdoor type 8 LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07.

Making of cable trench dimension 300 mm wide and 1000mm deep by excavation of 9 earth. The cable shall be protected by laying of brick in 3 sides with filling of sand as per the direction of Engineer in charge at site (Outside track crossing) and backfilling of earth/ ballast. The work to be executed as per enclosed specification

Making of bore for putting the cable under the track/road (Inside track/road boring) by crossing it through requisite dia as per direction of Engineer in charge at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of battery charger capacity 300amps ( air cooled ) input AC 415 volt , output DC 110-150 volts, Provided with Input/ Output switches, DC & 11 AC protection fuses, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Fine-course voltage selection switches, Input MCCB, protection provision for short circuit, over voltage, high current, thermal failure,charge,trip indicator, reset switch with LED indications of protections & input R,Y,B phase etc provided and enclosed in powder coated sheet metal Box with wheels for easy movement. This should be got approved from the officer incharge before execution. As per specification.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of Battery charging terminal made of zinc 12 plated and zinc passivated, fibre glass reinforced plastic from sheet moulding compound of 25% glass conforming to RDSO Drg No. ELECT.DTE.SKEL-3929 including suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts for fixing as per direction of Engineer In Charge at site.

Complete dismantling and Uprooting (retrieving) of existing Rail pole /steel tubular/RSJ @40<47K47Z47s41@ lbs with its CC foundation by earth digging and filling the ditch after uprooting & finishing of surface as per direction of Engineer in charge at site

Supply of galvanized tubular pole 9 mtr long type 410 SP-33 with step length 5.00- 2.00-2.00 mtr sectional dia 165.1X139.7X114.3 mtr sectional thickness 5.4X4.5X3.65 mm as per IS 2713/1980 including suitable size base plate and cap on top.

Erection of tubular pole 9mtr long including digging the pit 1/5th of the total length.The whole work shall be executed as per direction of Engineer in charge at site

Supply, fitting, fixing, testing and commissioning of of Indoor Type LT panel board. The panel shall be metal-enclosed, free-standing compartmentalized, modular type suitable for indoor installation. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof and the enclosure shall provide a degree of protection of not less than IP-52. Control panel board should be made of CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick on suitable size MS channel/angle frame with 400A, 4 pole, electrolytic grade copper bus bar complete with cable alleys and all internal connection to be done by suitable size copper bus strip/cable, cable alleys, metering module and locking arrangement as per direction of Engineer In Charge at site. The whole panel shall be mounted on a base frame made out of suitable structural, preferably ISMC Channels. Joints of any kind in sheet shall be seam welded, all welding slag grounded off and welding pit wiped smooth with plumber metal. All panels and covers shall be properly fitted and square with the frames and holes in the panel correctly positioned. The Panel shall be fully compartmentalized with all doors on the front only. When compartment door is opened, busbar and cable alley shall be shrouded by barrier plates. All panels shall be provided with suitable cable alley 20 and vertical bus bar alley. Each cable chamber shall have cable entry from bottom and suitable removable gland plates shall be provided for this purpose. The cable chamber shall be provided with suitable supporting arrangement between the gland plate and terminals, in the middle. The cable chamber shall have a minimum width of 300 mm depending upon the outgoing cables. Each chamber shall be provided with a hinged type door opening away from the cable alley and shall be provided with black flower type thumb screw which shall ensure tight closing. The edges of the door shall be provided with a neoprene rubber gasket to make the compartment dust proof.MCCB's should be provided with rated capacity of HRC cartridge type fuses. The panel shall consists of the following Switchgears: (i)800 A Air Circuit Breaker, Icu=50KA BC, 4 pole Electrical Draw out type(Microprocessor based MP4 LSIG Protection Unit, Auxiliary Switch 4( NO+NC), Main Cts, AC/DC Charging Motor, Closing Coil, Shunt Trip, Terminal Type: Rear Horizontal =2 Nos. for main incoming . (ii) 1000 A On Load Change over Switch with flipable type rotary handle , 4 pole Conforming to IS/IEC 60947-3 =2 No. (iii) MCCB, 250 Amps, 4 Pole, Ics=100% Icu, 25 KA BC= 5 Nos.with HRC Fuse 200 A and Fuse base=15 Nos (iv) MCCB 100 A, 4 pole , Ics=100% Icu,25KA BC=6 Nos. suitable Ampere meter, volt meter and watt meter. The panel to be manufactured by the CPRI-approved fabricator.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 3 phase,11/0.433KV, 3 star, 250 KVA (outdoor type), step down, Dyn11 copper wound transformer with first filling of insulating oil (As per 21 IS 335)complete set i.e. Name & Diagram plate, lifting lugs, oil filling hole withplug,radiator,conservator tank, Drain valve, earthing terminal, Silicagel breather, Arcing horn, Air release plug etc. with all fittings and accessories including re-connection of all associated cables, ACSR conductor, etc & loading on foundation pad for successful commissioning of Transformer. The transformer neutral connections are to be connected with two nos. copper strip of size (50x6)mm of adequate length and shall be connected by suitable Size/types of nut/bolts to the earth system. Body earthing of transformer shall also be done with two nos GI strip of size(40x6) mm & connected by suitable size/types of nut/bolts to the earth system. All necessary materials required for successful commissioning of transformer on the pad shall be provided by the contractor .The entire work to be executed as per direction of Engineer in charge at site . If any other items have been omitted but required for efficient working of transformer it would be responsibility of contractor to supply and provide such items. However the quoted rate shall be inclusive of those items.The OEM Test, warranty certificate shall be Technical particular as per Energy Efficiency Level - 2 as per IS:1180 (Part I) : 2014 or IS : 2026-I to V with latest amendments. Transformers covered by this specification shall, unless otherwise specified to be built to the latest Indian Electricity Rules, wherever applicable and the requirements of latest issue of IS:1180 or 2026, CBIP standards and other IS (all as per latest issues).

Supply & erection of 2P composite polymer 11 KV Pin insulator with minimum 22 creepage distance 340mm & sectional length 235mm made of one piece injection molded directly to high quality, corrosion resistant, fibre glass discharge rod and sealed to the hot dipped galvanised carbon steel end fittings by bead of silicon rubber complete with all accessories conforming to IEC : 1109 standard or as per IS : 731 (1971) & 2488 (Pt-II) 1974 complete with hardware fitting.

Supply & fabrication of hot dip, galvanized internally as well as externally ensuring uniform thickness of coating as per BSEN-10025 & in compliance to ISO-1461, flange mounted, polygonal, tapered type High Mast tower of 16 mtrs. nominal mounting height suitable for 45 mtr/sec wind velocity as per IS: 875 part 3 complete with 3/4 point suspension system, head frame canopy, pulley which is made up of non corrosive material with stainless steel spindle, Flexible marine grade stainless steel wire ropes 6 mm.dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage arrangement to carry 8 luminaries and accessories ,one length of 2.5 sq.mm. 8 core 23 flat electrical copper flexible cable of 1100 volt grade, foundation bolt, nut, washer and top and bottom templates, lightning arrestor, feeder piller box. The mast shall have an integral power tools installed inside the base compartment for the operation of luminaires, provision for twin dome aviation obstruction light, earthing terminal etc. The mast shall be delivered in two section without any circumferential welding at site & shall be joined together by slip stressed- fit method with stressing equipment. No site welding or bolted joint will be accepted. The work is to be carried out as per specification & instruction of Engineer incharge at site. (The designing of the high mast tower foundation should be done after testing of soil bearing capacity and approved by the competent authority).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type light check control panel with 3 phase, 4-wire, complete with energy meter for energy logging & inbuilt timer based automatic control using real time clock plug auto cut switch, fuse & switches as given from item a to d below, to be mounted in a sheet steel cubical panel made of CRCA steel sheet of 3.0mm thickness on suitable size MS angle, flat etc.and to be fixed on ground by PCC and grouting bolt/nut . The panel 24 shall be totally enclosed, weather, water, dust and vermin proof and grooved type gasket shall be provided as per IP 65 degree of protection. The panel shall be painted by powder coating over two coat of red oxide paint. All internal connection shall be done with 1100 volt grade flexible copper PVC cable of appropriate size and copper lug should be provided at both end. Meter reading window shall be provided in metering chamber. Each chamber/compartment shall have separate door and lock arrangement comprising of MCCB 4 pole 63 amps - 1 nos., MCB TPN 16 amps - 1 no., MCB DP - 20 amps - 3 no., 3 phase Reversing switch 25 amps - 1 no.

Supply, of twin dome aviation obstruction lights with 1 no 25 W neon spiral lamp (2 fittings/mast necessary) .

Supply and erection of P.C.C/R.C.C/shallow foundation of size & depth as per recommendation and drawing of the manufacturer in proportion 1:2:4 with chips of maximum aggregate size 20 mm and less including cement, sand with excavation of earth for foundation of all 26 depth and all places, nature and condition of soil including de-watering, shoring, shuttering, batching, mixing, placing, levelling, carrying etc and re-filling the pit after completion of foundation work from excavated earth or borrowed pit by contractor's own arrangement for towers (considering the SBC of soil is 10 Ton/sq.mm.).Drawing for foundation details, loading, sectional plan bar bending schedule etc. should be submitted before execution to get the approval from Rly. competent authority.

Erection and commissioning of high mast tower as per modern engineering practices and as per instruction of Engineer incharge at site.

Supply of materials and wiring of light point through concealed wiring by 1.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated flexible industrial unsheathed FRLSH copper wire through PVC concealed rigid conduit pipe with earth continuity by 1 sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible 28 copper wire and modular type 6 amps controlling switch(with indicator type) to be provided on good quality modular plate and frame of suitable sizes and mounting box of proper sizes.(i.e thickness of mounting boxes of 3 mm and inside width of box should be 50 mm). All other necessary accessories i.e PVC Tee, Bend etc will be supplied by contractor. After concealed if needed than the concealed portion will be painted by contractor as per site colour of the surface.

Supply of materials and wiring of 6 amps plug point/Laptop charging point through concealed wiring by 1.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated flexible industrial unsheathed FRLSH copper wire through PVC concealed rigid conduit pipe with earth continuity by 1 sq mm single core PVC 29 insulated unsheathed flexible copper wire and modular type 6 amps controlling switch(with indicator type) and 2 modular 6 Amps 5 Pin universal socket to be provided on good quality modular plate and frame of suitable sizes and mounting box of proper sizes.(i.e thickness of mounting boxes of 3 mm and inside width of box should be 50 mm). All other necessary accessories i.e PVC Tee, Bend etc will be supplied by contractor. After concealed if needed than the concealed portion will be painted by contractor as per site colour of the surface.

Supply and drawing of main line by single core 10 sq mm PVC insulated flexible 31 copper cable with earth continuity by 16 SWG bare copper wire through good quality hard PVC casing/Conduit. (One RM consists of 2 wires). Casing / conduit shall be fixed on the wall/ ceiling by MS (6x40 mm) screw at an interval not more than 300mm.

Supply of materials and wiring of fan point through concealed wiring by 1.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated flexible industrial unsheathed FRLSH copper wire through PVC concealed rigid conduit pipe with earth continuity by 1 sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible 32 copper wire and modular type 6 amps controlling switch(with fan marking) and module type step fan regulator of 100 W to be provided on good quality modular plate and frame of suitable sizes and mounting box of proper sizes.(i.e thickness of mounting boxes of 3 mm and inside width of box should be 50 mm). All other necessary accessories i.e PVC Tee, Bend etc will be supplied by contractor. After concealed if needed than the concealed portion will be painted by contractor as per site colour of the surface.
