Supply of Sal Bulla having average dia of 250 mm and 7 m long including chiseling and transporting the same to SSE/W/East/PNO store to be used in barges for anchoring of the same. (Inclusive of 18% GST)

Maintenance of Seaclor Mac-1000 & Seaclor Mac-500 Electro chlorination system at Pandu Filter plant and Gotanagar pump house for a period of one year including maintenance of dosing pump. The work involves maintenance of the system complete in all respect to have 13 satisfactory out put of residual chlorine content in water as per standard norms including replacement of minor spares like PVC valve, contactor, copper stud etc. The cost of fitting and fixing of major spares like Electrode, Diaphragm, Rotamater, transformer, control card, MCB etc. to be born by the contractor on supply of such major items by Railway. More specifically stated that the major spares shall be supplied by Railway at free of cost but cost for fitting and fixing shall be born by contractor. the contractor has to maintain the machinery on good condition to keep the complete chlorination unit in fully operational as per requirement at site and instruction of Engineer in charge.the spares shall be of IS specification and approved by engineer in charge or his authorize respresentative. The rate includes cost of all materials, visiting charges of Supervisors/Engineers, all taxes, transportation, cost of testing and submission of reports of water sample for quality and contents of residual chlorine at plant as well as at various location of Maligaon Railway colonies etc.complete in all respect up to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge or his authorized representative. (a) Seaclor Mac-1000 at Pandu Filter House (Inclusive of 18% GST)

Specification and approved by Engineer in charge or his authorize representative.
