Supply of materials and wiring of 16 amps Modular type plug point through concealed wiring by 4 sq mm single core PVC insulated flexible industrial unsheathed FRLSH copper wire 4 through PVC concealed rigid conduit pipe with earth continuity by 1 sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper wire and modular type 16 amps controlling switch(with indicator type) and 3 modular 16 Amps 6 Pin universal socket to be provided on good quality modular plate and frame of suitable sizes and mounting box of proper sizes.(i.e thickness of mounting boxes of 3 mm and inside width of box should be 50 mm). All other necessary accessories i.e PVC Tee, Bend etc will be supplied by contractor. After concealed if needed than the concealed portion will be painted by contractor as per site colour of the surface.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 300 mm sweep ventilating type air flow 6 exhaust fan suitable for single phase 230 volt AC supply including fixing arrangement by allied engineering works as per direction at site Engineer.. All consumables regarding fixing arrangement will be supplied by the contractor as per the direction of engineer in charge at site.

Supply, fitting, fixing, connection & commissioning of 18/20 watt LED indoor fitting complete set with LED tube and other accessories. The fitting shall be connected by 1.5 sq mm flexible copper wire through pvc pipes/casing as required at site.

Supply and erection of earthing by made of B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length, 50 mm diameter & 3.6 mm thickness. The GI Strip ( should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value.The connecting conductor from earth electrode to the distribution panel board 22 should not be thinner than 8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing material may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be precasted RCC and The values of earth resistance measured should be painted on the Earth pit cover/lid along with the date of measurement. As per Drg. Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 3 phase, 11/0.433 KV, 100 KVA (Outdoor type Transformer), Dyn11 copper wound transformer with first filling of insulating oil( Conforming to IS 2026 or IS 1180 (Part 1) or IS 335 or other applicable standards.) complete set with all fittings and accessories including reconnection of all associated cables, ACSR conductor, etc & loading on 32 foundation pad for successful commissioning of Transformer. The transformer neutral connections are to be connected with two nos. copper strip of size (50x6) mm of adequate length and shall be connected by suitable Size/types of nut/bolts to the earth system. Body earthing of transformer shall also be done with two nos GI strip of size (40x6) mm & connected by suitable size/types of nut/bolts to the earth system. (All necessary materials required for successful commissioning of transformer on the pad shall be provided by the contractor).The entire work to be executed as per direction of Engineer in charge at site.OEM Test & warranty certificate shall be furnished.

Fabrication, design, supply, erection and commissioning of CC foundation pad for transformer of size 2.5 mtrX3 Mtr and height 1.5 Mtr above GL and depth 0.75 mtr below GL with CC 33 in proportion 1:2:4 with stone chips of maximum aggregate size 20 mm and less including cement, sand etc. The entire work to be executed as per direction of Engineer in charge at site. If any other items have been omitted but required it would be responsibility of contractor to supply and provide such items. However the quoted rate shall be inclusive of those items

Supply, instalation, testing and commissoning of dust and vermin proof, rodent proof, weather proof, chemically treated & dry powder coated LT outdoor rain shedded type floor mounted cubical panel board of made of CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick on suitable size MS channel/angle 34 frame with 400A, 4 pole, electrolytic grade copper bus bar complete with cable alleys and all internal connection to be done by suitable size copper bus strip/cable, cable alleys, metering module and The busbar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of same ratings. The drawing of panel board should be approved by the competent authority before fabrication and commissioning. The panel shall be painted with two coats of primer & two coats of exterior coating by spray painting .
