Track Crossing by Boring of 100 mm CI Pipe by using HDD machine below 1.5 mtr of ground level as per direction of EIC at Site. The work also includes supply fitting & fixing of Cast Iron Boring Pipe - 100 mm as per EIC at site.

Supply, fitting, fixing of 200 Amps outdoor type cable junction box, angle frame 007 mounted, dust & vermin proof, complete with rain cap, aluminium basbar of suitable size for TPN, 200 Amps, 415 V made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet duly painted, Cable Junction Box Size: (lxbxh=450x 450x600 mm). The base of the fedder pillar junction box to be provided with CC foundation of propotion 1:1.5:3( cement, sang,Chips) after connection of Ug cables.

Supply, fitting, fixing, testing and commissioning of of Outdoor Type LT panel board . The panel shall be metal-enclosed, free-standing compartmentalized, modular type suitable for outdoor installation. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof and the enclosure shall provide a degree of protection of not less than IP-65. The Panel shall be fabricated out of 16 SWG cold rolled steel plates & properly supported using angles & channels. The whole panel shall be mounted on a base frame made out of suitable structural, preferably ISMC Channels. Joints of any kind in sheet shall be seam welded, all welding slag grounded off and welding pit wiped smooth with plumber metal. All panels and covers shall be properly fitted and square with the frames and holes in the panel correctly positioned. The Panel shall be fully compartmentalized with front and back opening doors.. When compartment door is opened, busbar and cable alley shall be shrouded by barrier plates. All panels 008 shall be provided with suitable cable alley and vertical bus bar alley. Each cable chamber shall have cable entry from bottom and suitable removable gland plates shall be provided for this purpose. The cable chamber shall be provided with suitable supporting arrangement between the gland plate and terminals, in the middle. The cable chamber shall have a minimum width of 300 mm depending upon the outgoing cables. Each chamber shall be provided with a hinged type door opening away from the cable alley and shall be provided with black flower type thumb screw which shall ensure tight closing. The edges of the door shall be provided with a neoprene rubber gasket to make the compartment dust proof.. Cutting of rail poles of at length of 1.6 Mtrs ,erection of rail poles to 1.6 mtr long by 010 contractor own arrangement by digging the pit to 1/5th of the pole height with execution of CC foundation work of size 45 cmX45 cm in ratio 1:2:4 by cement,sand and chips of size 19 mm and down upto full depth and 1 ft above Ground Level and 8 nos rail pole(cut) sourrounding the high mast tower for barricading and Safety of High Mast Tower."

Supply & erection of earth by 80 mm dia 3 Mtrs. long (4.5 mm thickness) GI pipe ,GI Strip 25x5 mm - 6mtrs, GI nuts, bolts including masonry materials for earthing pit, salt, charcoal etc. and construction of earth pit covered with cement concrete plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe as per drg. Nos.CEE/STD/1.

Supply, laying, connection, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured stranded aluminum conductor cable size 95 mm.sq. 4 core having Galvanized steel Strip, Extruded PVC Type ST2 Sheathed, 650/1100V Grade As Per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988. For cable laying Excavation of earth depth 0.75 Mtrs. into breadth 0.508 Mtrs. 002 below the ground level and a layer of course sand of 7.5 CM thickness shall be spread over the ground before laying the cable and the cable shall be covered with a layer of course sand of 7.5 CM thickness. The bottom of cable trench shall be leveled and got rid of any sharp material. Above the Layer of Course Sand 3 inch Size Brick is to be provided for protection of cable. Cable route markers to be provided at an interval not less than 50 Mtrs. All conditions to be fulfilled as per DRG No : PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2 Dtd 04.10.2024.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of High mast tower, 20 Mtrs Top Dia: 150 mm & Bottom Dia:460 mm. Cross section of mast in Polygon( No. of sides) :20 Nos. Thickness: 3 mm top & 4 mm Bottom. with complete accessories(construction as per BS EN 10025 - 1993 or equivalant IS) with provision and fitting of 8 Nos of 150W LED Flood Light luminarie. The structure shall be of 20 Mtr height in two sections, hot dip galvansied both inside and outside (conforming to IS4759- 1984,IS2629-1985, IS2633-1972) and suitable for wind speed as per IS875 Part III , including base plate of size 690X690X32 mm, Lightning protection final with GI single spike of suitable length, provision for 3 nos of eatrthing terminals at base of mast, Twin dome LED avaiation obstruction light at top of mast, 16 nos of 900mm/30mm(min.) size steel E6.8 grade foundation bolts and Anchor plate of 590 PCD . The Mast shall also have raising and lowering system, head frame, hot dip 005 galvanised steel lantern carrige (using 50mm dia B class GI pipe) suitable for fixing 8 nos of LED high mast luminaires symmetrically, trailing cable of 24Amp rating EPR insulated and PVC sheathed 5core X 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor cable and other wiring materials for luminaires, integral power tool (415V, 3phase, 1HP - 2mtr per minute single speed motor reversible) installation inside the base compartment, 2 nos of continuous 6mm stainless steel wire ropes(7/19 construction), double drum winch (manual and electrical both) as per IS 807, Feeder type control panel for operation of luminaires with astromical ON/OFF timers with suitable MCBs, contractors for automatic control of luminairs, power tool control and raise lower push button etc., complete as required. The work also includes Cutting of rail poles of 12 mtr length, erection of rail poles to 1.6 mtr long by contractor own arrangement by digging the pit to 1/5th of the pole height with execution of cc foundation work of size 45cmX45 cm in ratio 1:2:4 by cement,sand and chips of size 19 mm and down upto full depth and 1 ft above GL and 8 nos rail pole(cut) sourrounding the high mast tower for protection.(Rail Poles Will be Supplied by Railway)."
