Supply & commissioning of 110 (OD) mm diameter Double wall corrugated PN-6.0 Kgf/cm2 HDPE pipe partly through over ground & partly through underground including provision of necessary socket etc. as per direction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV DO switch 400 Amps complete with paper insulated barrel fuse and fixing of necessary MS channel.( 1 set consisting of 3 pieces).

Supply and erection of 3 nos. (one set) station class lighting arrestor suitable for 3 wire 11 KV OH with rated voltage 9 KV (RMS) with a normal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement GI bolt ,nuts, washer etc.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable end termination kit suitable for single core 11 KV grade XLPE 120 sq.mm armoured cable including all accessories for jointing 11 KV cable to overhead through PG clamp as per direction at site Engineer.

Excavation of cable trench 1.0Mts. x 0.5Mts. below the GL with laying of armoured cable and 9 refilling the same by supply of Brick, Sand and Soil after digging the earth as per direction of Engineer at site & connection of armoured Cable by supply and fixing of crimping lugs etc. as per Sr.DEE/GHY's Drg. No. SDEE/GH/20 dtd.08.05.2009.

Supply & erection of GI chain linked fencing (75mmX75mm) mesh of height 2 mtrs. With GI woven wire (10 SWG). The fencing shall be supported by vertically grouted MS angles of 50X50X6 mm at interval of 2 mtrs.

Supply , fabrication & installation of GI shed and fenching with Door , Lock & Key arrangement for inverter ( size 6.5L x 3.5W x 2.5H ) Mtrs along with Supply & installation of Structural steel work welded in built up 11 sections, trusses and framed work . Supply, installation and erection RCC Foundation cement, centering and shuttering - All works upto plinth level : (031010) 1:2:4 & Thermo-Mechanically Treated Bars (045016) for CT/LA/ CT PT MU/VCB/Transformer pad as per direction at site Engineers in-charge of Railway.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 phase 11/0.433 KV, 500 KVA step down 14 transformer copper wound with all associate accessories including construction of CC foundation and first filling of transformer oil etc. as per enclosed specification No. SDEE/GH/SPN/49 dtd. 04-12-2006, IS 1180-2014 , BIS- level-2 & the make of Transformer should be as per specification.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of floor/ pedestal mounted outdoor type double door LT Panel Board with canopy and with IP-64 protection dust-vermin & corrosion proof, chemically treated , colour of panel shall be RAL 7035 structured finish , modular in construction made of suitable size, using CRCA Sheet Steel of 2mm thickness and are Epoxy powder coating having 9 tank process having provision of cable alley in both sides as per Sr. DEE/GHY SPECFICATION No: SDEE/GH/SPN/52 Dated 21/5/2007 with 1 set 3 phase with neutral (TPN) electrolytic grade 800A Copper bus bar and bus bar system shall have heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve . The panel shall also consist of digital voltmeter, ammeter, selector switch, CT's of control fuse and 3 Nos. LED indication lamp, auxiliary contactors, cam switches, Meter module- Analog for provision of Voltmeter, Ammeter with Selector Switch, cable alley etc. as per manufacturer specification/recommendation. All internal connection to be done by suitable size copper strip comprising of the following :- A) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 1 No. 630A, 4P, 50 kA, Microprocessor released based MCCB, suitable for mounting in the 15 above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar ,as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. B)Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 4 no. 400 Amp, 4 pole, 36KA, , microprocessor released based MCCB suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar. C) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 4 no. 250 Amp, 4 pole, 25 KA, microprocessor released based MCCB suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar. D)Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of digital Meter module with Voltmeter , Ammeter , Selector Switch, Cts Control Fuse & Indication lights etc. Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of cable alley suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, including spreader terminals (extended type), terminal cover (long type) and phase barrier as per requirement and suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar along with Auxiliary NO/NC Contacts for interlocking of MCCBs as per direction of Site Engineer. (Breaking capacity of all MCCBs should be Ics=100% Icu with adjustable magnetic settings and MCCB's shall have a rated service voltage up to 690V and rated impulse withstand voltage shall not be lesser than 8 KV)
