The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last 07 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, separate completed works of minimum required values for each component can also be considered for fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria, with the cost of the component being more than 2 crore each. The bidder should have an average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, which should be at least the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees divided by the number of years prescribed for completion of work. Acceptable work experience certificates include those from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above. The tenderer should submit a list of works completed in the last three financial years and a list of works on hand.
