The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of works of similar nature, specifically building works with a framed structure, within the last 07 years. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For subletting work, the subcontractor must have completed at least one similar work, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no prior work experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The value of completed work is considered as the value of the final bill, including the PVC amount, if paid. In case of substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount, is considered as the cost of substantially completed work. The bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. The minimum average annual contractual turnover is V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V = Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work. The bidder must submit a list of works of similar nature physically completed in all respects in the current and last three financial years, as per the proforma given in 'Annexure-IV'. Additionally, the bidder should submit a Work Completion Certificate of works mentioned from the Organizations with whom they worked, as per the proforma given in 'Annexure-V'.
