Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 33KV CT 2 core (for both 5 measurement and protection) Outdoor type of insulation level 70 KV/170kVp, short circuit withstand current for 3 sec. 16 KA, 50-25/5-5A, protection secondary accuracy class -5P15 and measurement secondary accuracy class -0.5( 1 set comprising of 3 nos. CT), conforming to IS: 2705 (latest) to be mounted on given structure. (Note: -The tenderer shall decide burden of instrument transformer based on designed secondary load (in VA) + 50% margin).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 33KV PT Outdoor type, insulation 6 level 70 KV/170kVp, 33 KV / 3 /110V/3 /110V/3 , first secondary winding accuracy class -0.5 and second secondary winding accuracy class -3P (1 set comprising of 3 nos. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Isolator, 3 pole Double Break Turn Twist Outdoor type of rated voltage of 12 KV and continuous rated current of 400 Amps, rated short- time withstand current of 12.5 KA on given foundation Conforming to IS: 9921 (latest).

Description: Supply, carrying, loading & unloading of swaged type G I tubular pole 9.0 13 Mts. long , Type- 410 SP-32 having weight 154 Kg, step length 5.00/2.00/2.00 Mts. having sectional outer diameter 165.1/139.7/114.3 mm and sectional thickness 4.85/4.50/3.65 mm respectively as per IS:2713-1980 including suitable size base plate & cap as per direction at site Engineer.

Supply & erection of GI tubular pole 12 Mts. long type -410 SP -63 with step length 5.8-3.1-3.1 Mts. section diameter 193.7 x 165.1 x 139.7 mm sectional thickness 4.85 x 4.50 x 4.50 14 mm as per IS 2713 of 1980 including suitable size of base plate and cap on top and digging of pit to 1/5 th of the pole height and supply and construction of CC foundation in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, Sand and Ships of size 19 mm. The CC block will be 30cm x30cm from bottom of the pole up to 30cm above the GL

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV GO switch 400 Amps complete with operating handle and fixing of necessary GI channel as per direction of site engineer incharge of Railway. (1set consisting of 3 pieces.)

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV DO switch 400 Amps complete with paper insulated barred fuse and fixing of necessary GI channel as per direction of site engineer in- charge of Railway ( 1 set consisting of 3 pieces).

Supply and erection of 3 nos. (one set) station class lighting arrestor suitable for 3 wire 11 KV OH with rated voltage 9 KV (RMS) with a normal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement GI bolt ,nuts, washer etc.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV pin insulator polymer size 140 x 130mm (5KN) including all accessories for fixing on bracket wall with galvanized hard wire fitting strain clamps bolts nuts washers as per IS 731 (1971) and IS 2486 ( pt. II 1974).

Supply and fixing of ball and socket type 11 KV HT double disc insulator polymer size 22 245x146 mm (45KN) including all accessories for fixing on bracket wall with galvanized hard wire fitting strain clamps bolts nuts washers as per IS 731 (1971) and IS 2486 ( pt. II 1974) ( 1 set consisting of 2 nos. insulator).

Supply & fixing of GI angle bracket size (65x65x5) mm & 1000 mm long clamped with pole made of GI flat (50x5) mm, nuts & bolts (50x12) mm with necessary hole by drill etc. as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of Railway.

Supply & fixing of GI angle bracket size (100x50x6) mm & 1200 mm long clamped with pole made of GI flat (50x5) mm, nuts & bolts (50x12) mm with necessary hole by drill etc. as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of Railway.

Supply, laying and stringing of GI wire for HT guard including straining screw bolt etc. consisting of the following a) GI wire 10 SWG for lacing longitudinal guard, b) GI wire 6 SWG for four nos. longitudinal guard.

Supply and erection of Galvanized stay set for HT OH line complete with 19/20 mm 26 diameter 1.8 Mts. long stay rod, Anchor plate of size 30x30 cm x 6 mm thick, thimble, stay clamp turn buckle (20 x 600) mm, 7/10 SWG stay wire and strain insulator etc. in CC foundation of ratio 1:2:4: including excavation/refilling etc. as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of Railway.

Cement Concrete work in ration of 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone) aggregate 20mm nominal size for all transformer switchyards proposed for prevention of unwanted vegetation growth. Total 11 CUM work, The thickness of CC work will be 100mm.

Supply and filling of stone dust in the above treated switch yard as per instruction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply and spreading of 40 mm pebbles with proper dressing in the switch yard as per instruction of site in-charge of Railway.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of floor/ pedestal mounted outdoor type double door LT Panel Board with IP-64 protection dust-vermin & corrosion proof, chemically treated , colour of panel shall be RAL 7035 structured finish , modular in construction made of 30 suitable size, using CRCA Sheet Steel of 2mm thickness and are Epoxy powder coating having 9 tank process having provision of cable alley in both with 1 set 3 phase with neutral (TPN) electrolytic grade 400 A Copper, bus bar and bus bar system shall have heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve. The panel shall also consist of digital voltmeter, ammeter, selector switch, CT's of control fuse and 3 Nos. LED indication lamp, auxiliary contactors, cam switches, Meter module Analog for provision of Voltmeter, Ammeter with Selector Switch, cable alley etc. as per manufacturer specification/recommendation. All internal connection to be done by suitable size copper strip comprising of the following:- A) Supply & erection of 1 No, 250 A, 4P, 36 kA microprocessor based MCCB , internal connection should be stranded suitable copper strip tobe provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. B) Supply & erection of 3 No, 125A, 4P, 36 kA microprocessor based MCCB , internal connection should be stranded suitable copper strip tobe provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of cable alley suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar, including spreader terminals (extended type), terminal cover (long type) and phase barrier as per requirement and suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board. (Breaking capacity of all MCCB's should be Ics=100% Icu with adjustable magnetic settings and MCCB's shall have a rated service voltage up to 690V and rated impulse withstand voltage shall not be lesser than 8 KV).

B) Supply & 31 erection of 1 No, 400 A, 4P, 36 kA microprocessor released based MCCB , internal connection should be stranded suitable copper strip to be provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. C) Supply & erection of 3 No, 250A, 4P, 36 kA microprocessor released based MCCB , internal connection should be stranded suitable copper strip to be provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. D) Supply & erection of 4 No, 100A, 4P, 25 kA Thermal released based MCCB , internal connection should be stranded suitable copper strip tobe provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway. E) Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of 01 Nos. Astronomical digital timer switch along with 60 Amps, 4 pole, AC-3 Rating, Power contactor, suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips/cable of suitable size from the bus bar. Supply, fitting, fixing, testing & Commissioning of cable alley suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board, connection of incoming supply of copper strips of suitable size from the bus bar, including spreader terminals (extended type), terminal cover (long type) and phase barrier as per requirement and suitable for mounting in the above LT panel board. Painting of existing tubular pole by supply of paint of 2 coats of red oxide & 2 coats of silver / Alluminium paint upto 6ft from foundation level & 1 coat of purple blue paint up to 6 ft. from foundation level as per direction of Engineer in charge at site.

Complete Overhauling of 63/100/250/500 KVA Transformer with drainage of old Transformer oil, dismantling of old LV/HV Terminal, HV/LV Bushing etc and refitting of old LV/HV Terminal, HV/LV Bushing etc and re-filling of oil as per direction of site Engineer.

Complete Overhauling of 63/100/250/500 KVA Transformer by supply and installation of gaskets and conical washer including sealing materials as required as per direction of site Engineer.

Complete Overhauling of 63/100/250/500 KVA Transformer with Double Filtration and 35 dehydration of existing Transformer oil by transformer Oil filter to achieve BDV value of oil more than 60 KV and to remove carbon particle and moisture from Transformer oil as per direction of site Engineer.

Complete Overhauling of 63/100/250/500 KVA Transformer with Cleaning and de- rusting of Transformer body, radiator, Explosion vent, conservator tank and supply and painting of above items by special eddy current grey paint as per direction of site Engineer.

Complete Overhauling of 250/500 KVA Transformer with supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silica gel breather chamber suitable for 250/500KVA Transformer along with supply of required quantity of fresh silica gel as per direction of site Engineer.

Complete servicing cum overhauling of 33KV VCB outdoor type including cleaning/checking of contacts, greasing etc. as per direction of site Engineer.

Throughout checking of indoor Relay control panel for outdoor VCB including changing of spares, if any required as per direction of site Engineer.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Tripping coil for the 33KV VCB as per direction of site Engineer.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Closing coil for the 33KV VCB as per direction of site Engineer.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Indication lamp for the 33KV VCB as per direction of site Engineer.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 33 KV GO switch 400 Amps complete with operating handle and fixing of necessary MS channel. (1 set consisting of 3 pieces) as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of railway.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 33 KV DO fuse set switch 400 Amps complete double stack with paper insulated barred fuse and fixing of necessary GI channel. GI angle etc. (1 set consisting of 3 pieces) as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of railway.

Supply erection of reinforced cement concrete Cable Trench made of Cement Bricks 45 with Cement plaster and the RCC Cover. The Cable trench should be in ratio 1:3:6 by cement, Sand and Ships of size 19 mm. including digging of pit to 500mm and MS rod of Suitable size as per instruction of Engineer in charge at site.

Dismantling/Uprooting of existing Rail/Tubular Pole with all accessories without damage from the work site and handing over to SSE incharge office as per instruction of site Engineer in-charge of railway.

Supply & commissioning of 90 (OD) mm diameter Double wall corrugated PN-6.0 Kgf/cm2 HDPE pipe partly through over ground & partly through underground including provision of necessary socket etc. as per direction of site engineer in-charge of Railway.

Construction of 4 pole structure by supply, erection, fixing of the following GI channel and angle clamp with pole by 50 x 5 mm GI flat with 50 x 16 mm diameter bolt and nut including 48 making of hole by drill as per requirement with anti climbing device shall be provided by GI Barbet wire along with 33 KV danger board of size 8 x6 showing the voltage grade , skull symbol etc. (i)GI Channel (100 x 50 x 50 x 6 x 2200)mm=4 nos. conductor bracket (ii) GI Angle 50x50x6x2200mm=8 nos. bracing (iii) GI Channel (75 x 40 x 40 x 6 x 2200mm=2 nos. guard wire (iv) GI Angle 50x50x6x3200mm=8 nos. cross bracing

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable 49 end termination kit suitable for single core 11 KV grade XLPE 120 sq.mm earthed armored cable including all accessories for jointing 11 KV cable to overhead through PG clamp as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of Railway.

Excavation of cable trench below the GL with laying of armored cable and refilling the 50 same by supply of Brick, Sand and Soil after digging the earth as per direction of Engineer at site & connection of armored Cable by supply and fixing of crimping lugs etc. as per drawing No PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2 dated 04.10.2024.

Carrying, Laying, commissioning of cable size (i) 4 core 240 sq. mm LT AluminiumXLPE armored cable, (ii) 4 core 25 sq. mm LT Aluminium XLPE armored cable (iii) 1 core 120 sq. mm 11KV HT Aluminium XLPE armored cable partly along the pole and partly through ground in cable trench with suitable fixing arrangement. Loading, unloading & carrying of cable to actual work site by contractor own arrangement as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site.
