Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 12 KV, 630 Amps, STC 21KA/3 sec, Outdoor type (IP54) with tilted roof, extensible, SF6 gas insulated floor mounted compact switchgear with copper bus bars (Electrolytic grade copper). The breaker mechanism should be spring- mechanism for increased reliability & ruggedness. Each breaker vertical should have individual cable box with earthing provision for earthing of the armoured cable. A copper earthing bus should run all across the switchboard. The coupling should be at the top of RMU through bolted connection to take care of foundation level tolerances & seismic disturbances & sleeved bus bars covered with insulating boots. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will be enclosed in robotically welded 2 MM thick non ferrite, non- magnetic stainless steel tank, filled with SF6 at 1.4 bar with ingress protection class of IP 67. Leakage rate less than 0.1% per annum and tested for internal arc compliancy 21 KA/1 sec AFLR as per latest IEC 62271-200. Offered Compact switchgear should have Manometer for display of internal gas pressure & should also provide option for SF6 gas refilling at site. The separate NRV should be provided than (In the event of gas leakage). Each VCB shall have push buttons to operate & "Live cable" LED Indicators thru Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings. The cable boxes should be Arc Proof with 21kA for 1 sec AFLR doors interlocked with respective Earthing switches. Each VCB (except Bus Coupler) shall be equipped with Digital MFM with 485 port to measure Amps, Volts, Frequency, PF,KWH,KVAR etc& 3O/C+1E/F self-powered numerical protection relay with low and 14 high set for over current and earth fault. Relay shall be placed on the facia with the suitable back lit LCD display for the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Offered relay should provide in built feature of inrush current blocking & an internal battery for maintaining the LCD display. The switchgear shall have built-in programming logic using reputed make PLC (ACS500/equiv.) For automatic changeover between two motorized incomer VCB and shall derive voltage reference from incoming supply in respective incomer. PLC shall also be wired to all VCB's to monitor open/close status. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site: (a) 02 Nos. 12KV, 630Amp 21kA/3sec, 3 way, Non-Extensible, Motorized, Outdoor type IP54 SF6 Gas insulated VCB consisting of Two Nos. as incomer and Four Nos. for outgoing feeder having STC capacity 21kA for 03 Sec with Copper Bus Bar and Copper Earth Bar fitted with fixed type Voltage indicator Device. Having Resin cast ring core type CT's 200/1A for incomer & 100/1A for outgoing, 2.5VA, 5P10-2 sets for protection & 100/1, 2.5 VA, ACC Class 1.0 (b) Four No. 12KV,630 Amp, 21kA for 3 Sec air insulated metering module for outgoing unit with three single pole voltage transformer 11KV/3/110V/3,25 VA, Class 1.0 with HT fuses in the primary and MCB on the secondary side with removable front door with locking arrangement to avoid unauthorized access. Programmable logic controller for built-in auto changeover logic, Digital Voltmeter with voltmeter selector switch, space heater with thermostat & RYB phase indication. CC foundation base and all other necessary arrangement required as per site requirement for installation of the RMU panel to be done by the firm as per direction of Railway Site Engineer.
