Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Off-Grid connected Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) with battery backup for 6 hours consisting of complete with the following items : (a) Mono Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell connected in series (PV Module), (b) Solar Off-Grid Connected String Inverter of 3.5KVA/2.8KW inverter, with 4 nos. 12V 150AH VRLA batteries with suitable battery rack c) ACDB, PCDB, DC protection unit, AC protection unit, earthing, Lighting Arrestor, wires/cables, cable tray, connectors and all other accessories. d) Panel mounting structure e) Data Logger, with provision for data transferring ( RS-485, Wifi, GPRS, RF ) to remote service platform for data storage and analysis displayed in various visual and grafical formats on Web-App & big screen display with 5 Years 4 Standard Warranty. f) Fire resistant DC Cables and Fire resistant AC cables of suitable size ( in sq.mm ) and length including dressing / laying of cable through suitable size GI covered cable tray / through HDPE Pipe / underground by Microtunneling method / through GI pipe as per site requirement for connecting panels, array Junction box and solar inverter system, ACDB, GIP etc. including all other accessories such as monkey ladder for maintenance access to roof / shed, lightning arrester, suitable earthing arrangement along with installation, testing and commissioning of above Solar Photo Voltaic Modules on roof top of different LC gates. Note:- Operation & maintenance of 05 (Five)years including replacement of all parts cover under the guarantee, providing tools & tackles required for maintenance purpose along with required spare parts etc shall be the part of the contract for period of 05 (five) years from date of commissioning.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of steel structure (made of ISMB steel , steel grade: FE-415) with a minimum of 5 meter ground clearance, painted with two coat of Red Oxide paint and two coats of aluminium paint ) including erection of columns , thrust and all other required civil work/ mechanical work of foundation for mounting of solar panels, and any other items or accessories such as galvanized nuts and bolts, weather proof gasket etc required for successful commissioning of power plant on Single Responsibility basis as per instructions given by Railway Sire Engineer.

Supply, erection of earthing set by 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3 Mts. Long including 6 construction of earth pit with cover, 50x6 mm GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe and earth continuity by (25x3)mm GI strip, nuts & bolts etc. as per direction at site and to be constructed as per DRG No: PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 Dated 30.09.2024

Supply and wiring of main line surface wiring though casing capping by 4 x 16 sq. mm. PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded FRLS Copper Cable confirming to IS 694/1990 through suitable size of casing capping with 1sq. mm unsheathed copper cable as earth continuity wire.

Supply and wiring of sub- main line surface wiring through casing capping by 2x10 sq. 8 mm. PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded FRLS Copper Cable confirming to IS 694/1990 through suitable size of casing capping with 1sq. mm unsheathed copper cable as earth continuity wire.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 12 KV, 630 Amps, 21kA/3sec, 1 Way, Extensible ,Outdoor type ( IP54) , Motorised RMU SF6 Gas insulated comprising 2 no. Isolators SF6 Circuit Breaker (LBS) & 2 no. circuit Breaker (VCB) along with coupling to existing ABB-make RMU as per instruction of site Engineer.(for extension of existing RMU) 630 Amp triple pole, single break LBS SF6 Circuit Breaker, 3 position (ON , OFF & EARTH) ring main switches , each with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch. 630 Amp triple pole , vacuum circuit breaker with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable . Cable box with gland plate suitable for front entry 3 core cables up to 300 sq mm. The unit will comprise of the A) Mimic diagram on front panel with status indicators B) positive standard mechanical interlock C) External Stud for earthing connections E) SF6 gas pressure indicator and SF6 recharging facility. F) Set of Auxillary terminals G) Fault passage indicator (FPI) for 16 ring isolator switched (LBS). H) Digital Voltmeter with voltmeter selector switch, space heater withthermostat & RYB phase indication. The breaker mechanism should be spring-mechanism for increased reliability & ruggedness. Each breaker vertical should have individual cable box with earthing provision for earthing of the armoured cable. A copper earthing bus should run all across the switchboard. The coupling should be at the top of RMU through bolted connection to take care of foundation level tolerances & seismic disturbances & sleeved bus bars covered with insulating boots. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will be enclosed in robotically welded 2.5 MM thick non ferrite, non- magnetic stainless steel (SS304) tank, filled with SF6 at 1.4 bar with ingress protection class of IP 67. Leakage rate less than 0.1% per annum and tested for internal arc compliancy 20 KA/1 sec as per latest IEC 62271-200. Offered Compact switchgear should have temperature compensated Manometer for display of internal gas pressure & should also provide option for SF6 gas refilling at site (In the event of gas leakage). The VCB shall have Green (ON)/Res (OFF) push buttons to operate & "Live cable" LED Indicators through Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings. The bushing should be replaceable & repairable at site. The cable boxes should be Arc Proof with hinged doors interlocked with respective Earthing switches. The VCB (except Bus Coupler) shall be equipped with Digital MFM with 485 port to measure Amps, Volts, Frequency, PF,KWH,KVAR etc & 30/C+1E/F self- powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and earth fault. Relay shall be placed on the facia with the suitable back lit LCD display for the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Offered relay should provide in built feature of inrush current blocking & an internal battery for maintaining the LCD display. The switchgear shall have built-in programming logic using reputed make PLC (ACS500/equiv.). The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. OEM should submit Internal Arc withstand Test Report as per IS standard CC foundation base and all other necessary arrangement required as per site requirement for installation of the RMU panel to be done by the firm as per direction of Railway Site Engineer.

Tree trimming to maintain a minimum clearance from OH Line. One big branch consisting minimum of 5 small sub branches as per direction at site Engineer in - charge of Railway.

Carrying, Laying, commissioning of various sizes of XLPE armoured cable , partly along 19 the pole and partly through ground in cable trench with suitable fixing arrangement by supply and fixing of suitable size of crimping lugs etc. Loading, unloading & carrying of cable to actual work site by contractor own arrangement as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site.
