Northeast Frontier Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work, date of actual start, actual completion, and final value of contract should also be given. Separate completed works of minimum required values shall also be considered for fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria for different components. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender - One similar work, each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - Amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender - Amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender - Amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender Note that for subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, unless the work costs up to Rs 50 lakh.
