Supply, erection of earthing set by 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3 Mts. Long including 7 construction of earth pit with cover, 50x6 mm GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe and earth continuity by (25x3) mm GI strip, nuts & bolts etc. as per direction at site and to be constructed as per DRG No: PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 Dated 30.09.2024.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT heat shrinkable type outdoor cable 8 end termination kit suitable for single core 1.1 KV grade XLPE 630 sq.mm Aluminum earthed armoured cable including all accessories for connecting cable to transformer through suitable Lug etc as per direction at site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply and wiring of sub- main line by 2 x 6 sq. mm. PVC insulated unsheathed and 9 multi-stranded Copper Cable confirming to IS 694/1990 through suitable size of PVC conduit pipe (25mm of thickness 1.5mm minimum) with 1sq. mm unsheathed copper cable as earth continuity wire.

Excavation of cable trench 1.0 X 0.5 Meter below the GL with laying of armored cable and refilling the same by supply of Brick, Sand and Soil after digging the earth as per direction of Engineer at site & connection of armored Cable by supply and fixing of crimping lugs etc. as per drawing No PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2 dated 04.10.2024.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of floor/ pedestal mounted Outdoor type LT Panel Board double door with IP-64 protection dust-vermin & corrosion proof, chemically treated , colour of panel shall be RAL 7035 structured finish , modular in construction made of suitable size, using CRCA Sheet Steel of 2mm thickness and are Epoxy powder coating having 9 tank process having provision of cable alley in both sides as per Sr. DEE/GHY SPECFICATION No: SDEE/GH/SPN/52 Dated 21/5/2007 with 1 set 3 phase with neutral (TPN) electrolytic grade 800A COPPER bus bar and bus bar system shall have heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve . DP MCB C- curve including internal connection of suitable copper cable / strip to be provided as per direction of site Engineer in-charge of Railway.

Supply & erection of GI tubular pole 12 Mts. long type -410 SP -63 with step length 5.8-3.1-3.1 Mts. section diameter 193.7 x 165.1 x 139.7 mm sectional thickness 4.85 x 4.50 x 4.50 21 mm as per IS 2713 of 1980 including suitable size of base plate and cap on top and digging of pit to 1/5 th of the pole height and supply and construction of CC foundation in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, Sand and Ships of size 19 mm. The CC block will be 30cm x30cm from bottom of the pole up to 30cm above the GL.

Cable entry should have PVC glands, feeder pillar box should have double door system with locking arrangement with fixing of rubber gasket for protection of entry of dust and water along with supply and fixing of Copper bus bar 100Amps made of electrolyte grade copper consisting of 4 bars(3 ph and Neutral) (Bus bar should have insulation cover ) having 100 Amp MCCB, 18 KA , as per instruction of Engineer Incharge at Site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 12 KV, 630 Amps, 21kA/3sec, 6 Way, One side Extensible, Outdoor type ( IP54 Full Door) , RMU, SF6 Gas insulated comprising Two (2) no. 34 Vacuum Circuit Breaker as Incoming and Four (4) nos. Vacuum circuit Breaker (VCB) as outgoing (a) 2 No incoming 630 Amp triple pole, vacuum circuit breaker, 3 position (ON , OFF & EARTH) ring main switches, each with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch. (b) 4 No outgoing 630 Amp triple pole , vacuum circuit breaker with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable. (c) Cable box with gland plate suitable for front entry 3 core cables up to 300 sq mm. The unit will comprise of the A) Mimic diagram on front panel with status indicators B) positive standard mechanical interlock C) External Stud for earthing connections. SF6 gas pressure indicator and SF6 recharging facility. D) Set of Auxiliary terminals F) RYB phase indication. The breaker mechanism should be spring-mechanism for increased reliability & ruggedness. Each breaker vertical should have individual cable box with earthing provision for earthing of the armoured cable. A copper earthing bus should run all across the switchboard. All live parts, bus bars, VCB will be enclosed in robotically welded 2.5 MM thick non ferrite, non-magnetic stainless steel (SS304) tank, filled with SF6 at 1.4 bar with ingress protection class of IP 67. Leakage rate less than 0.1% per annum and tested for internal arc compliancy 20 KA/1 sec as per latest IEC 62271-200. Offered Compact switchgear should have temperature compensated Manometer for display of internal gas pressure & should also provide option for SF6 gas refilling at site (In the event of gas leakage). The VCB shall have Green (ON)/Res (OFF) push buttons to operate & "Live cable" LED Indicators through Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings. The bushing should be replaceable & repairable at site. The cable boxes should be Arc Proof with hinged doors interlocked with respective Earthing switches. The VCB shall be equipped with Digital MFM with 485 port to measure Amps, Volts, Frequency, PF,KWH,KVAR etc & 30/C+1E/F self-powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and earth fault. Relay shall be placed on the facia with the suitable back lit LCD display for the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Offered relay should provide in built feature of inrush current blocking & an internal battery for maintaining the LCD display. The switchgear shall have built-in programming logic using reputed make PLC. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. OEM should submit Internal Arc withstand Test Report as per IS standard CC foundation base and all other necessary arrangement required as per site requirement for installation of the RMU panel to be done by the firm as per direction of Railway Site Engineer.
