The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works within the last 07 years, with specific value and percentage requirements. The bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed similar works with the same value and percentage requirements for each component of the tender. For subcontractors, the required prior work experience includes successfully completing at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience is required for subcontractors for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The overall cost of similar works completed, including the PVC amount (if paid), is considered for the purpose of fulfilling technical credentials. The amount of similar works completed includes the gross amount and PVC amount (if paid). In case of a newly formed partnership firm, the credentials of individual partners from previous entities are considered to the extent of their share in the previous entity and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. The value of final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) is considered as the completion cost of work, and in case of substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid including the PVC amount (if paid) is considered as the cost of substantially completed work.
