Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floor, skirting,risers and treads of steps over 15mm thick base of cement mortar in prop.1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf)/ while cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed.(Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by department).Normal Range(Somany/Orient/Nitco/Varmora/Jhonson make).400x400mm and above

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.In cement mortar 1:3.

Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Removing old paint from steel and other metal surface and making the surface even.With hand scraping.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Wall painting (two coat) with plastic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture( Asian paint/ Berger paint/ICI paint/ J&N paint/Nerolac) on old wall surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other fireign matter and sand papered smooth.Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J&N paint/ Nerolac).

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/ width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. With ready mixed paint, wood primer(white)

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/ J &N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.Surface over 100mm in width or girth.General purpose (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/Nerolac.)

Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S.code as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S.cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paint complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as necessary cleats etc.for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed.Using other ISI marked approved circular hollow section.

Providing corrugated galvanized iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE/SAIL/JSW steel including fitting and fixing necessary galvenised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen washer 25mm dia x 3mm thick and 1.6mm thick limpet washer complete excluding cost of roof truss,purlin etc. (Roof trusses and purlin etc.to be measured and paid separately). 0.45mm thick.

Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE/SAIL/JSW steel including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws/washers etc. complete as directed.0.45mm thick 150 mm lapping

Structural steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint (up to 4.6m height) from plinth level including drilling holes, supplying, fitting with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed.In M.S.angle, Channels,Tees etc.

Providing fitting and fixing vitreous water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.Orissa pattern) with all fitting and fixtures complete including cutting and making good to the walls and floors wherever required.(Flushing cistern to be paid separately). White. Parryware make.
