Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frames(chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels.(i) Area of door/window up to 3.00 sq.m.

Providing undressed wood work in roof truss, rafter,purlin,tie and the like including hosiisting and fixing in position with necessary spikes,nails including M.S.straps with bolt and nuts et.complete with kiricide oiling two coats to all timber members and two coats of anticorrosive paint to M.S.straps(M.S.flats, angle cleats, and bolts and nuts required for flat and angle cleats wherever used shall be measured and paid separately)

Providing Pre Painted Galvanised Iron Sheet Roofing(PPGI) at all levels including fitting and fixing with self drilling, self tapping screws complete.(Roof trusses, purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately). Dyna roof/Wonder Roof/JSW Steel/Spectrum or equivalent as directed by the Department.0.55mm thick.

Providing Pre Painted Galvanised Iron sheet(PPGI) accessories(Ridges/Valley/Gutter/Flashing) at all levels including fitting and fixing self drilling, self tapping screws complete. Dyna roof/Wonder Roof/JSW Steel/Spectrum or equivalent as directed by the Department.0.55mm thick

Providing wood work in frame of false ceiling patrons etc. sawn, wrought,framed hoisted and fixed in position with spikes, nails,M.S. flat, angle/cleats with bolt and nuts complete including kiricide oiling two coat to unexposed surfaces of the timber(M.S.Flat, angles cleats and bolt and nuts required for flat,angle cleats wherever necessary shall be measured and paid separately).With Gamari/Bonsum/Sundi.

Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and /or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Providing wood work in frame(Chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with CC or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with MS hold bast( 40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embedded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified with 1st class timer.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face veneered ply wood face panels conforming to relevant IS code including oxidised iron butt hinge(100mmx 75mmx3.5mm) 6nos with necessary wood screws.

Providing, fitting and fixing hard board sheet ceiling with approved quality with necessary nails,wood screws including 1st class local wood 50mmx12mm(hollock/bonsum/sundi) beading including painting two coats to timber beads completes as directed(Ceiling joist to be measured and paid separately). 3mm thick.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/ width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. With ready mixed paint, wood primer(white).

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/ J &N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.Surface over 100mm in width or girth.General purpose (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/Nerolac.)

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface to give an even shade, after throughly booming the surface free from dirt, loose scales and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Supplying, fitting, fixing and painting where necessary(one coat primer and two coats of paint) M/F Suspended ceiling which includes G.I.perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick( having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling,screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm c/c. Then suspending G.I.intermediate channels of size 45mm(0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of width 25mmx100mmx 0.55mm thicker fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat and steel expansion fasteners.Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm c/c,9.5mm/12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard(conforming to IS:2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm long drywall screws at 230mm c/c. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally, the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of drywall topcoat suitable for Gypboard complete at all levels as specified and directed.(For light fittings,providing opening for doors,window,ventilators etc,cut out made with frame of perimeter channel supported suitably to be measured and paid separately where necessary). 9.5mm thick.

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.In cement mortar 1:3.

Wiring for light/fan/call bell point with 2 X 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed industrial (Multistrand) cable FR conforming to IS-694:1990 with flexible bright annealed electrolytic copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1100 volts (Finolex/RR Kabel or its equivalent make as approved by the deptt.) in surface flat 19 mm. ISI marked casing & capping (AKG/Precision/Presto Plast/Polycab/MW or equivalent make as approved by the deptt.) system complete. Short point up to 3.00m length.

Wiring for light/fan/call bell point with 2 X 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed industrial (Multistrand) cable FR conforming to IS-694:1990 with flexible bright annealed electrolytic copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1100 volts (Finolex/RR Kabel or its equivalent make as approved by the deptt.) in surface flat 19 mm.
