The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years, with work performed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - The bidder should have completed a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. - The bidder must have satisfactorily completed: (i) Three similar works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put on tender, (ii) Two similar works, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost put on tender, or (iii) One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar works, with quantities of work mentioned: - Cement Concrete: 70 Cu m - Brick Work: 60 Cum - Steel Work (Reinforcement): 80 Qtl - Electric work: The cost is 6.00 lakh The annual financial turnover should be at least 30% of the estimated cost in any three years during the last five years. The required prior work experience includes: - One similar nature of work of value 80% of estimated amount, - Two similar nature of works each of value 50% of estimated amount, - Three similar nature of works each of value 40% of estimated amount.
