The important information given under the technical capacity header which is specifically related to prior work experience includes: - The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one contract of highway i.e NH/SH work (not less than 90% of contract value), as a prime contractor or as a partner of JV for similar works during last five years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited. - The similar work constitutes construction/maintenance of roads. - The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: i. three similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs.50.89 Lakh each (25% of Estimated Cost of Work). ii. two similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 71.25 Lakh each (35% of Estimated Cost of Work). iii. one similar – completed work costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 101.79 Lakh (50% of Estimated cost of Work). - The escalation factors to bring the value of such completed works to the level of the current financial year are: - Year 2024-25: 1.1 - Year 2023-24: 1.21 - Year 2022-23: 1.33 - Year 2021-22: 1.46 - Year 2020-21: 1.61 Additionally, the bidder's prior work experience in terms of the total value of civil engineering construction and/or maintenance works performed in the last three years is also considered. The Project Manager should have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on highway, bridge construction, or maintenance works. - The Site Engineer cum Surveyor Engineer cum Material Engineer should have at least 5 years of experience on highway construction or maintenance works. - The Plant Engineer should have at least 5 years of experience on highway property management and maintenance. Scanned copy of experience certificate in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years with certificates from the concerned officer of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent or higher is required.Similar work or eligible projects given in technical capacity experience include: * Highway (NH/SH) work, with a contract value of: + Not less than Rs. 50.89 Lakh each (25% of Estimated Cost of Work) for three similar completed works + Not less than Rs. 71.25 Lakh each (35% of Estimated Cost of Work) for two similar completed works + Not less than Rs. 101.79 Lakh (50% of Estimated Cost of Work) for one similar completed work * NH/SH work, which will be in the following manner: - Single work of minimum 50% of estimated cost of work - Two works each of minimum 35% of estimated cost of work - Three works each of minimum 25% of estimated cost of work.
