Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including all lead and lift conforming to clause no 507of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision) complete as directed by the Deptt. '(C) With hydrated lime / cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) & anti stripping agent as per IS:14982( Refer Appendix-5 of MoSRT&H specification) (III) With 30/40 or VG-40 grade Bitumen (msa30) (ii) for Grading -II (19 mm nominal size)
