Taking down steel rolling shutter of any description area exc 2 Sqm each with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type, as per OEM specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters as per OEM specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ball bearing for rolling shutters as per OEM specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing spherical wind driven turbine ventilator, outer dia of turbine 760 mm (Approx), doom dia. 380 mm (Approx),rotor dia. 655 mm (Approx), throat dia. 610 mm (Approx),height 360 mm (Approx) with 38 Nos (Approx) vanes including base plate of size 1600 mm x 1050 mm (Approx.) from roofing, dismantaling of parts,cleaning throughly internally and externally, lubrication of bearing/bushes using fresh lubricant all as per OEMS reccommendations,replacement of defective nuts, bolts & washers, re-assembling and fixing in original position including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of spherical wind driven turbine ventilator with aluminium ventilator material and stainless steel (SS 304 Grade) hardware, 18 mm dia.SS center shaft with two nos self lubricated ball bearings,outer dia of turbine min 760 mm, doom dia. min. 380 mm,rotor dia. min 655 mm,throat dia. min 610 mm, height min 360 mm,with minimum 38 Nos of statically and dynamically balanced aluminium alloy vanes of 0.50 mm thickness,including provision of translucent UV stabilized FRP Base plate of size 1600 mm x 1050 mm ( Approx.) including taking down existing old unsv spherical wind driven tubrbine ventilator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.50 Sqm in each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made solid panel prelam PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail: Panelling of both sides plain PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, fixed to door frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 125mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for, 100 mm Butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for, aluminium handles, cast type, anodised 125mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of stainless steel 4 lever mortice door lock for fixing in aluminium door/ wooden door including necessary grooving, screwing in aluminium door and aluminium frame for adjusting or fixing of mortice door lock complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass cocncret including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa using as in roof covering/cladding to wall and fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for, Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling of plain or corrugated Asbestos cement sheets any gauge, any thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, Plain, Aluminium sheeting 0.71mm thick, Alloy 31000 H4 as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) to wall, shelter etc fixed with angle iron with welding/nut bolt as specified including dismantling of old sheet of any thickness,all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel, conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, black hollow steel section for structrual work, conforming to IS-4923: 1997 (Reaffirmed 2009) designation CF, as in roof tusses, purlins, posts, crane gantries, rails, stairs, balusters, hand rail and fasteing and heavy brackets framing (Square or rectangular hollow section) including distance piece, cleats etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing hot rolled mild steel in plates (plain or chequered) channel, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to FE 410W Gde E250 quailty A including dismantiling of old wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not oterwise sepcifically provided complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel bolts. purpose made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut dia of neck exc. 12mm but n.exc 20 mm length of bolt exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Framed work such as in grills with end of bars shouldered and / or rivetted, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, railings, brackets etc of Fe-410 Gd E-250 complete including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable timber scantilings 40sq cm and over in section, in any position specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fastening/tightening the existing screw of Galvalume or CGI roof sheets and applying silicon based adhesive with manually operated guns, to make repair area of roof completely water proof all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair self taping screw of size 4 to 6mm thick including washer for Galvalume or CGI roof sheets including removal of existing screw of any description and applying silicon based adhesive with manually operated guns, to make repair area of roof completely water proof all as specified and as directed. Replacement work will be carried out at height 10-20 mtr from ground level

Material and labour for racking out existing joint sealant from gaps between chowkhats or frame and jambs of door/windows, roof sheet and putting in silicon based filler of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's insruction, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying one coat of TankMastic bituminous Anti corrsive Multi Purpose coating as per IS :9862-1981,IS 158-1981@0.4 Kg per Sqm followed by fixing super Flash strip multi purpose all weather ,eay to apply ,self adhesive ,pressure -sensitive ,UV resistent 1.5mm thick 100 mm width bituminous tape protected by aluminium -flim and reinforced with polister film .complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down of existing pipe with all fitiings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair stack clamps made out of 50 mm X 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays ,including bolts and nuts and securring ends of stays to wall or roof suitable for 100 mm bore of CI pipe /110 mm bore PVC pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning surfaces of concrete floor by picking ,swipping clean and washing down with water to remove dust ,etc ,filling up cracks ,Pores etc with epoxy mortar and applying anti static epoxy based self levelling top coat of approved tint (semi gloss finish) to yield a thickness of 3 mm over a coat of epoxy primer ,complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc ,including dismantling of existing translucent sheet,.complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Replacement work will be carried out at height 10-20 mtr from ground level

Materials and Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4),including demolition of existing tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm in raisers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing,including demolition of existing skirting including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying floor marking paint using material STP Shali floor TC 2HBE or equivalent material and in colour as per existing shade over old markings on PU flooring /Anti static Floor or connected annexes in any buildings,complete all as specified and directed . Notes :- Application methodology:- (a) ShaliFloor® TC 2HBE or equivalent material of approved make should be applied only if the moisture content of the floor is below 5% when applied over concrete, the surface must be sound, free from dust, laitance and other contaminants. • For best bond, concrete surface must be textured by shot blasting / scarifying. • Remove oil and grease by washing with liquid detergent followed by acid wash or by burning. • Allow the floor to dry before priming. • Remove old painting using surface grinder. • Well prepared surface should be primed by brush or roller using ShaliPrime® 2E at a rate of 250 gm / m2 or with any equivalent material of approved make. • Allow the primer to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. • Stir the Component A and Component B separately. If settling is observed in the Component A, loosen the settled material with the help of hand stirrer followed by power driven stirrer for quick homogenous mixing. Mix hardener gradually into the base under continuous stirring. • After mixing, apply ShaliFloor® TC 2HBE or with any equivalent material of approved make by brush or roller to the required thickness on the dried primer. • ShaliFloor® TC 2HBE is a high build coating. It is advisable to apply two coats at right angles to each other. This way the second coat will cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. (Generally, second coat is applied after overnight curing of first coat.)

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall or concrete surafces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of cement primer over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty, over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour for preparation of new platered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) in camouflage pattern, in any shade or colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint dark green colour or as approved on building, hanger door, hanger roof at a height not exceeding 10 metres above floor level, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) with and including clear vegatation in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section completeand removing unserviceable material exc 1500 mtr out side of MOD land complete all as directed as specified.

Materials and Labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base in floor/paving/ hardstanding etc. and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Solar control film 50 micron reflective type (gareware sun control or equiva lent) including taking out of existing glass panel and existing solar film and applying solar control film after cleaning of surfce of glass pane and refixing it on the same location complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for,anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick,high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement designer (primered) building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair exposed type hydraulically regulated door closers, universal closer, bottle type (type A), Designation No. 3, suitable for 61 kg to 80 kg mass of doors & 851 mm to 1000 mm width of door, aluminium alloy non porous body and black plate, aluminium alloy piston or pack piston/ pillion, anodized finish not be less than Grade AC 15 of IS 1868 : 1996 with transparent anodic film as per IS 3564: 1995 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair double action concealed type floor springs (hydraulically regulated) made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel top cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm as in doors and windows with necessary nuts and bolts/ fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Sheet glass ordinary quality & fixed with wooden/steel beads in square n-exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4.8 mm thick tinted Sheet glass, ordinary quality and in doors, windows, ventilator etc with rubber packing in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size from aluminium beading) complete all as specified

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing/sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat acrylic distemper on old surfaces up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.Make;Berger (Bison)/J&N(Jensolin)/Asain Piants(Tractor) /Nerolac (Beauty)

Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for partiations (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading and rubber for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, including taking down of existing partiation with partical board etc complete all as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm thick Prelaminatd particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work/Aluminium fame work complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix for powder coated aluminium door frame and shutter single leaf panelled door partly glazed with 5mm thick glass and partly 6mm thick prelaminated board door shutter divided into two panels fabricated including powder coated aluminium snap beading and rubber gasket/ lining for fixing of glass and prelaminated board panel. The door frame shall be fixed aluminium anodised bolt by drilling in the existing wall and with thrust bolt of suitable size.
