M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick including taking out old complete all as specified.

Taking down or out existing serviceable/ unserviceable cable of sizes 1/2/3.5/4 core 6/10/16/25/35/50/70/95/120/400 Sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station including segregation the serviceable cable by cutting down defective portion after testing by meggar (insulation tester), stacking and rolling unserviceable cable for further disposal all as specified and directed. Note :(1) Excavation / cutting of road or floor/ GI pipe & laying / relaying of cable etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule

S&F for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm,Outdoor type for jointing of damaged cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring/ drilling (horizontally) hole manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing (maximum 10mtr in width) suitable for passing GI tubing 40 to 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement GI protection pipe of 50 mm dia light grade for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole/ walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of MCCB, TPN, 250 Amps, 25KA breaking capacity with overload and thermal tripping feature, 415Volts AC, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minor addition/ alteration and requirement of nuts and bolts, cable lugs for fixing of MCCB in existing panel deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of MCCB, TPN, 160 Amps, 25KA breaking capacity with overload and thermal tripping feature, 415Volts AC, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minor addition/ alteration and requirement of nuts and bolts, cable lugs for fixing of MCCB in existing panel deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of MCCB, TP, 63/100 Amps, 16KA breaking capacity, 415Volts AC, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minor addition/ alteration and requirement of nuts and bolts, cable lugs for fixing of MCCB in existing panel deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of on load changeover switch four pole of 400 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz in with out enclosure suitable for fixing in existing LT panel at Sub Stn 'B' main LT panel with necessary mounting arrangements complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of minor addition, alteration, fabrication work (if required) at site to fix properly deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of on load changeover switch four pole of 63 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, open execution type complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of minor addition, alteration, fabrication work (if required) at site to fix properly deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseeding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and direted.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enameled spray painting of approved shade complete all as specified and direted.

S&F in replacement of cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers, welded, binding, cold as hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as required duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm high as per colour scheme complete all as specified and direted.

S&F in replacement of ammeter digital type, flush mounting type, 3 phase complete with suitable CTs of range as required on site complete all as specified and direted.

S&F in replacement of voltmeter digital type 0-500 volts AC, flush mounting type, 3 phase complete all as specified and direted.

S&F in replacement of CTs of range 400-250/ 5 Amps as required on site complete all as specified and direted.

S&F in replacement of 3 way rotary selector switch including making all electrical connection complete all as specified and direted.

S&F in replacement of LED indicator as per colour scheme (Red/Yellow/Blue/Green) suitable for LT panel complete all as specified.

M&L for repair/ maintenance of LT panel door by replacement of hinges and locking arrangement including necessary welding/ nuts, bolts, washers as per existing size/ type complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) One side door will be measured & paid as one job. (ii) New LT panel door (only) of suitable size and thickness shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.)

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of floor mounted LT OUTDOOR feeder pillar box AC 415 V , 50 HZ 3 Phase 4 wire of suitable size for accomodating the following accessories totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, suitable for indoor use , with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure made out of 3.15 mm thick with CPRI Approved CRCA steel sheet of Size (1.0 x 1.0 x 0.6) m with angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50X50X5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars voltmeter, ammeter, changeover switch and MCCBs, hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement , Provision of louvers at sides, structure treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process and duly powder coated complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement of automatic nature timer (based on lux level of natural light) based street light panel 3phase, 12-18kW, IP66 with in-built nature switch, power contactor, incoming & outgoing 40A TP MCB, pole/ wall mounted type, thermoplastic polymer weather proof enclosure, internal connecting cables complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nature Switch/ Havells/ Legrand.

S&F in replacement of Aluminium busbar of suitable capacity in any shape and size as required on site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/ maintenance of APFC capacitor bank panel board upto 150 KVAR with 5/6 stage by checking of fault, weakness of capacitor and removing of fault including replacement of spare items complete including testing for proper automatic functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Spare items required for repair/ maint shall be measured seperately under respective items. (b) Cost of minor parts such as nut, bolt, washers, screw etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for repalcement of heavy duty cylindrical capacitior of rating 20KVAr, 440volt suitable for APFC panel complete all as specifiied and directed

M&L for complete rewiring of APFC panel up to capacity 150 KVAr by taking out burnt inter connection wiring including u/s and serviceable components for reuse and rewiring of panel using existing size of copper cable, ferrule, lugs, insulating material, nut, bolt, washer of various sizes, refixing serviceable items with auxiliary coil and testing complete for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of LT panel / APFC panels by disconnecting the cables of any size from panel and taking out the loop of the cable and shifting the panel within 100 Mtr from original location or as directed by Engr-in-Charge and reconnecting the same after dressing the cable and providing suitable size lugs and glands for termination and connection with MCCBs after necessary PCC plinth foundation work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete and demolition and dismantling of old block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine sand spreading on surface for switch yard for base of paver block complete all as specified and directed.
