Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Material and Labour for CI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs of upto 150 mm bore dia size confirming to IS: 1538-1993 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 15mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @15cm centre to centre in both direction and 10mm dia MS handle of suitable size, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers,necessary earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing complete inclduing taking down old one/ dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4 core all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying the cable/pipe not exc 1.5 m wide and 1.5 m depth in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in - charge.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in -charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in -charge.

Material & Labour for 50 mm dia GI pipe ‘light grade’ with all fittings for protection of cable laid on road crossing, drain crossing, laid in floor or fixed to iron structures/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Site clearance of installation area by removing of grass, creeper and spreading chemical , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover,Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid breath wise along length of cable in trenches for cable protection laid for UG cable protection all as specified.

M & L for sand cushioning for protection of cable (below, above and around the cable laid in trenchs) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through PVC casing-caping complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note :- PVC Conduit shall be included in same rate)

M & L for development of trial bore by reaming of bore well from 250 mm dia to 450 mm dia hole in two steps from 250 mm to 350 mm, 350 mm to 450 mm upto 60 m depth below the ground level from the top of ground including disposal of soil from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto as above but in two steps upto 450 mm for depth exceeding 60 mtrs but not exceeding 180 Mtrs

M&L for yield test for the borewell by continuosly pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield and to establish maximum rate of usable water complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply& fixing pressure gauge with isolation cock suitable for a working pressure of zero to 14 Kg/SqCm (Liquid based High Intensity) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Well cap in two parts made out of MS plate 5mm thick for covering tube well (internal dia 250 mm x 100 mm depth) duly welded with locking arrangement , including making holes for passing 2 run of 10 sqmm flat submersible cable & one run of support chain complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and lowering 100 mm bore flange type 3 metre long heavy duty MS column pipe jointing with bolts , nuts , including making / cutting grove at flange for passing submersible cable complete all as specified & directed .

S & F centralizer (centring Guides), made of flat iron and bar of hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 and as per IS 2800: 2019 including necessary bolts & nuts & welding of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

Disinfection of bore well as per IS 2800: 2019 using 200 milligrams of powdered chlorine compound per litre of water present in the well and left in the well for at least 8-12 hours to ensure elimination of any bacteria complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabrication and supply of Strata sample wooden box, made out of 20mm thick veneered particle board and partition with 12 mm thick plywood with job 1200 x750 mm with 10 partitions of size of 150mm x150mm, 100mm deep with front glass sheet sliding type cover with almunium frame all round , 2 No's key hole plate of size 40x25x3mm thick, complete all as specfied (Name of tubewell,location,strata sample with depth shall be written as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel wire rope multistrand of size 8 Sqmm as per ISO 4309:2019 and safe for carry a point load of 48.6 KN/ 5 Ton, for lowering of pump/column pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Testing of water in connection with chemical and biological characterstic of water to be carried out by any approved approved / recognised laboratory as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 150 mm thick for lifting platform etc all as specified and directed.

S&F crane rail section of a span approx 4 mtrs height of grade ISCR-100 of side head with 100 mm flange width (base) 150mm and total depth 150mm overall thickness approx 75mm confirm to IS-3443-1980 with and including prepration of surface and painting work using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and fixing arrangement PCC foundation complete all as directed (Note - PCC works of any type required for this job shall be measured and paid separately. and clamps for holding bore pipe, column pipe, /bend to shape as required,drilled holes including bolts , nuts& washers, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cutting existing steel tubing 100 mm bore and insreting of tee 100x100x100 incl packing, nut bolt,washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) on foundation filling and mass-concrete for pillar and platform including cavation,casting PCC (1:3:6 ) block of size 1.00 x 1.00 x 0.50m (below GL 0.30, above 0.50m) including form work and make a clamp of 100x16mm flate iron with provision of nut and bolts for holding of 250 mm MS housing /columm pipe complete all as specified and directed.
