Materials and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in hold fast and similar works incl necessary form work complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC Kitchen Cabinet Shutter of 30mm thick consisting of frame made out MS Tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19mmX19mm covered with 5mm thick PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30mm X 50mm forming stiles, top and bottom rails. Paneling of 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC Sheets of density 600 to 700kg/cum density fitted in the M.S Frame and sealed to the front stiles and rails (which should have 5mmX30mm wide PVC strips) and attached to back of stiles and rails (which should have a 5mm 45 degree bend portion as beading) and 10mm decorative PVC beading is used on the front side of panel externally impact perfact finish to the shutter and joined together with solvent cement adhesive and 10mm thick (5mmX2X12mm wide PVC sheet is used as gap insert for top and bottom rail, 18mm X 1mm pvc edge lipping is done on top and bottom side. An additional of 5mm thick PVC strip of 12mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the “C” Channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, (Using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floor using extra cement complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour forfor Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces over 10 cm width and girth for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of pink primer on newly wooden surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x200 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exzc 0.11 Sqm in floors (size 300x300x7mm) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cemnet to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkhats, and frame wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete is ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium, anodised,barrel tower bolts 75mm long of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (any type) not exc 1.5 sqm with shutter(without taking of shutter from the frames) including taking out hold fasts and PCC holdfast block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work holdfast, cleat etc. for door frame etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs factory made PVC kitchen cabinet frame of size 75m X 40mm with wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet of density 600kg/cum, reinforced with 15mm X 15mm MS Square tubes of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and miter cut at two corners and jointed with 2nos of 15mm long brackets of 10mm X 10mm MS Square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100 long brass screw through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos of brass screw to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2 nos of brass screw to be provide horizontal member etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour forfor half brick thick walls sith sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plain to any radius built in CM (1:4) complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface incl preparation of surfaces complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC Kitchen cabinet Shelves/Partition of required size consisting of 18mm thick PVC Ply panel and for supporting the shelf/Partition and shall provided 3 edges in size 18mm X 18mm as per required length. The front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf/Partition to be lipped by 18mm width X 1mm thick sheet of density 600kg/Cum density, fixed with using solvent cement and brass screw etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers; supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement morter including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precasted concrete article complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Continous (Piano) Hinges 40 mm, stainless steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (any type) exc 1.5 sqm and not exc 4 Sqm with shutter(without taking of shutter from the frames) including taking out hold fasts and PCC holdfast block complete all as specified and as directed.
