Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and depth beyond 1.5 m deep but n.exc 3.0 mtr and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning/ filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning to underground cable with screened, washed river sand, including punning gently all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: - Total spreading upto 23 Cm thick and after punning 18 cm will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay burnt brick of size 230x115x75mm for protection of cable, laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and Laying LT underground cable XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured cable 1100 volts 3.5 core 50 Sqmm aluminium conductor in trenches/poles and connecting with all accessories lugs & glands complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No 2 above but 4 core 16 Sqmm

All as per item No 2 above but 4 core 25 Sqmm

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taperplug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 Metre long) including cross arms, clamps etc complete and applying two coats of aluminium paint and plainting to band/strip with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including numbering of poles at a height of 1.5 mtr above ground level as per existing having 15mm width and 50mm bold letter complete.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation complete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B 2 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping etc complete.

S&F GI bracket fixing suitable for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI tubing of light grade bent to shape of 1.5m length complete including 02 Nos of clamps for fixing of GI bracket with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix 1100 Volts heavy duty round sheathed multistranded three core bright annealed bare copper conductor cable of size 1 Sqmm for electrical connections to the street lights fittings from cable junction box to fitting through PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Polycab/Finolex/Gloster/Havells

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edged of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galavanised iron earth lead by means of bolt, nut, check nut and washer of galavanised iron steel wire 4mm dia as earthing lead as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm stone aggreate, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade water pipe, 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alterative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm including excavation and earth work pit cover including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not excessding 50m, complete testing on completion all complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 all as directed.

All as per item No 9 above but strip earthing of size 32x6 mm with protection pipe of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing LT panel board 3 phase 4 wire system outdoor type factory made, supported with MS angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm, dust and vermin proof cubical type interlocking arrangement (IP- 65 protection) fabricated with 3.15 mm CRCA sheet with Anti corrosion coating & finally polyester powder coated of finite green fully compartment with providing with suitable size of coated aluminium busbar strip complete all as specified for the following:- (a) Incoming (i) MCCB 125 AMPS 4 pole, 415 Vollts, 25 KA -01 No. (b) Outgoing (i) MCB 40 AMPS 4 pole, 415 Vollts, 10 KA -05 No. (ii) MCB 63 AMPS 4 pole, 415 Vollts, 10 KA -02 No. (iii) MCB DP 63 AMPS, 240 Vollts, 10 KA, B Curve -04 No. (iv) Digital type Amp meter 0-300 Amps - 01 Nos (v) Digital type voltmeter 0-500 Volts -01 No. (vi) Indicating lamps (RYB) 01 set of 3. S&F HOT moulded (FRP) jucntion box for street light pole with locking arrangementt with IP -65 protection of size 300 x 200 x 105 mm (inside dimension) with 4 Nos aluminium busbar strip of suitable rating upto 63 Amps capacity mounting on DMC insulators (08 Nos) with nuts and bolts complete with 6 Amps MCB SP fixed over din rail and one bracket & nuts and bolts of suitable size to fix with pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make-Sintex Note : (i) Each aluminium busbar having 4 to 5 holes for connection of cable with nuts and bolts etc (ii) Rate for MCB SP and clamp with nuts & bolt are inclusive in the above rate.

S&F LED street light fitting pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP 66 protection luminaries of capacity 70 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Crompton Cat part no LST-70-CDL-M or equivalent make Bajaj/Surya etc.

S&F GI tubing of 50mm dia light grade at road cross/on Pole for protection cable as per site requirement and sealing the pipe both ends with sealing compound complete including taking down old one complete. Make :- TATA/ Zindal/Zeenith
