Notes: (i) The Contractor or his rep /supervisor shall collect complaints from the Engineer-in-charge. Requisite registers, duly signed by all concerned shall be mantained for the purpose. The same shall be submitted along claims of payments against the item (ii) Complaint shall be attended to render supply system fully functional against complaint informed. Each complaint when sucessfully attended will only be considered for payment purposes (iii) All necessary labour, T&P, other equipments as required against nature of breakdown required at site, etc. shall be provided by the Contractor (iv) Contracor shall mobilize his resources to attend breakdown and get the same rectified within 24hrs from the time of communication by any means. In the event of any failure a penalty @Rs. 500/hour shall be levied from subsequent due payments of the Contractor (v) All above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates
