One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables 1.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board with cable of 1.5 sqmm size. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but wiring with 4 sqmm multistranded copper conductor unsheathed and 4 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for sub main wiring using two single core 10 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade (FRLSH) ISI marked drawing in and including 20mm dia rigid non metalic PVC concealed and conduit & accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on recess of wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 10 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed including taking down old submain wiring of any type, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: 2 runs of main wire, 1 run of earth wire, 1 run of PVC Conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing as in repair LED Tubelight lights fitting 1x22W, 220V, AC decorative box type with CRCA body precotaed white & pre wired for driver, holder connecting up with LED down rod three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including 1x22 w LED tube Rod complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair LED tubelight fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair 10W LED Bulkhead light,pressure die cast housing LED bulkhead with IP65 Protection and IK09 Impact resistance suitable for surface/wall mounted,complete with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for false ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases or suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii].
