Horizontal boring of holes by mechanical means, at under road/ pavement / hard standing etc.,not exceeding 15 Metres in length, in any type of soil, suitable for passing through 80 to 100 mm bore, galvanised steel tubing,and making good distrubed surfaces as per existing specification complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe of dia 80 mm & 100mm will be measured & paid separately under respective items.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thick -ness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thick-ness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable LT UG cables of nominal cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core and connections including bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls/ poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as directed.

Taking down/ out unserviceable GI/ HDPE/ Polyethylene flexible pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 50mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Make : JINDAL/BANSAL/NTL.

(iv)All LED lights have replacement warranty of 3 years from the date of completion of the contract accordingly condition 46 of GCC (IAFW-2249) shall be amended to extent mention above. Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 3 year replacement warranty certificate. (v) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and Failure due to electrical impact if not connected properly with earth. Hence it is contractor responsibility to connect the light fitting earth wire and shall be grounded properly. (vi) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and Type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries. (vii) All LED fitting shall be identified by printing or fixing stickers duly mentioned the C.A number and date of completion. (viii) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological upgradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an offical of National level. (ix) All T& P required at site for installation of light on Pole / Bldg /Tower or at any location shall be arranged by contractor.(X) If the clamp is not provided by manufacturer,s , it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide the same and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 3.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earth lead strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron as steel all as shown electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and elctrode by means of steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh, CI cover with frame , PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified. Comprehensive maintenance for a period of Six (6) months existing high mast lighting system by disconnection of electrical connections,taking down carefully the winch drive assembly of lantern carriage,cleaning of steel wire rope,drive chain,drive gears,winch drum etc.,re assembelying the winch drive assembly,re- connection of electrical connections including lubricating steel wire rope,drive chain,drive gears,winch drum etc.including oil bath with fresh lubricants as per OEM's instructions,& connected accessories through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.. Dismantaling of winch drive motor, 3 Phase, 1 HP capacity,from double drum winch drive assembly of high mast lighting system, removing burnt out windings with insulating materials,cleaning throughly internally and externally, rewinding motor with super enamelled copper wires of existing size/gauge including provision of all insulating materials,lubrication of bearing / bushes using fresh lubricant all as per OEMs reccommendations, replacement of defective parts,re-assembling,including testing and commissioning, as per OEM specification through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed. Repair of unserviceble LED Light on the pole/ building/ watch tower/ sunshelter by refreshing of connection, changing of connector, changing of wire, tighting of wire on ACSR conductor etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Cost of connector and suitable size of Copper/ aluminium wire up to 1.5 metres shall be measured in quoted rate. (ii) Supervisor shall take complain from power house on daily basis.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of street light panel (out door type) 3 Phase, 415 volt 6 KW, digital type timer, contactor rating 32 Amps TP, including MCB TPN suitable size as per Havells Cat No IHXTS03060. The panel to be fitted on MS angle frame of size 50x50x5mm with a height of 0.5 metre including PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), including painting to all, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker, including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern through out the circumference of pole, including removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of white washing on PCC copping of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Painting to the LT PCC poles up to 12 mtr height with strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of pole , two coat of white colour cement base paint on pole and two coat of aluminium paint to channels, cross arm, clamps and pipes fixed/ mounted on pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ stricker complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing of electric pole coping by dismantling of PCC, welding of electric pole by using three Nos. angle of 500 mm length and size 40 x 5 mm around the pole including applying two coats of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making the coping of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm with suitable slop with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specifed and directed.
