Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on fair faces of concrete surfaces on roof, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Supply and laying for 3mm thick (minimum) APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layers, weight not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt (weighing not less than 160 gms/ Sqm) with applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Litre/ Sqm and one coat of bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium paint as per manufacturer's instruction over APP membrane. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., complete all as specified in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part-I and directed.

Material and labour for, virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement slurry and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including PVC casing and capping (Heavy grade), ISI marked) not less than 20mm size with all necessary fittings such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. with MS pressed steel cadmium plated terminal box not less than 1.6mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. and 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover (ISI marked) including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLSH copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for one light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan controlled by one, one way switch, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.27.00 here-in-before for one 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board.

Supply and fix, LED street light fitting 25 Watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass cover, IP66 protection, high power LEDs with secondary lenses and system efficay should be minimum 110 lumen per watt and LM79 all as per Cat No.CG-TRP-400-25-57-SL-LM-NSR of make Crompton or equivalent model of make as specified in PS, report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection and external 10KV surge protection inside luminaire housing for trouble free service life. THD shall be <10%, power factor>0.95, CCT5700K and Brand name should be embossed/ engrave on the LED fitting traceability till life. Warranty should be 2 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC badded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Material and labour for, sub class 'B' brick, well burnt, old size, flat, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, GI tubing 40mm bore, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection under the road/ path/ pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cover slab (Reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15cm centre to centre bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia), provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers of 15cm (compacted thickness), 15mm bore galvanised steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and indicated on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion. (Note: GI earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate).
