M&L for preparation old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint (white or tinted) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and scraping of existing distempering/painted surfaces etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of external wall of brick work or stone surfaces in two layers (10 mm and 5 mm thick) in cement mortar in (1:4) using water proofing compound in top layer and finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in walls in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid Water Proofing Compound ISI marked of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 1.5mm thick wall care putty to a smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new walls by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. and applying two coats of 100% premium Acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistant as per IS-15489:2004 alkali and fungal resistant exterior paint of required shed (company depot tinted) with silicon additives 1.43 litrs/ 10 Sqm over and including primer coat of exterior primer applied 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces using Airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and acessories over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty (Plaster of Paris) to to prepare the surface evena and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exceeding 0.50sqm in each pane , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, 4 mm thick figured glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exceeding 0.50sqm in each pane , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30CM height complete all as specified and as directed.
