Construction of Sub-grade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 100 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (i) From private Land.

By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing, laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing , , rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade ad camber applying and booming , stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per Technical Specification clause 404 (A) By manual means With Gr-II material

Providingand applyin Tack coat with bitumenemulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.70-1.00 Kg/Sq m on prepared surface betuminous surface cleanedHydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a pr(including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 50% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Construction of cold weather Bamboo bridge overall width of 3.70 m and clear roadway 3 m with jungle wood post 20cm to 35 cm dia 5 nos. in each rows ans rows being 2.10 m. apart except for the navigable span which should be 3 m. post to be driven atleast 180 cm . or more below groung level including providing 20 cm to 25 cm centre to centre and placed over 20 cm dia jungle wood dham, 15 cm cia junglewood bracing collar fixed by bolts and nuts, straps etc. mature bholuka bamboo cross growth all closely packed and tied 75 cm wide track way made from 38 mm thick 1st. class local plank fixed on 75 mm x 100 mm first class wood battens 120 cm apart and lines of jati bamboo horizanta railling fixed in bholuk bamboo post placed at 210 cm apart and white washed including all nacessary nuts and bolts, coir ropes, struts, nails etc. complete with a layer of brushwood to exposed portion out-side track way with earth topping complete as per direction of the department.
