Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3 wheels steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including Clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg/sqm, using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause 502.

Providing and appying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-1) Pressure emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 kg. per sqm, on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with hydraulic broomas per technical specification clause 503.

Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete ( Providing and applying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH with batch type HMP producing and average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specific grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5-5 % of mix and filler and transporting the hot mix the work site, lying with hydrostatic paver finihser with sensor control to the required grede level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheel roller, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT @ H Cl. no. 508 complete in all respect ( including carriage upto initial lead of 5.00 from quary and carriage of mixed material upto 10.00km initial lead at site and laboratory as directed by the department ) A. With hydrated lime/cement as filter ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT& H specification) (I) with 60/70 or VG -30 grade bitumen (ii) for grading ( 13 mm nominal size)
