Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and applying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH with batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5-5 % of mix and filler and tranporting the hot mix to the work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheel roller, vibratory and tandem rollers to acvhieve the desired compaction as per MORT@H Cl. no. 508 complete in all respect ( including carriage upto initial lead of 5.00 from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00km initial lead at site and laboratory as directed by the deparment ) A. With hydrated lime/cement as filter ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I) 'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for GradingI (13 mm nominal size)

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&Hs fixed to the road surface using adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance. Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixwd with bituminous binder,transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment and rolled to achieved the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause. 504.
