(i) By manual Means, (A) In area of non-thorny jungle.

Granular sub-base by providing well graded material,spreading in uniform layers by tractor with grading attachment on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smmoth wheel roller to achieve the desired dencity, complete as per technical specification Clause 401. Dry lean Cement Concrete Sub-base (Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over aprepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600:1, cement concrete not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be dermined during the trial length construction,concrete strength not to be less than 10 M at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to the site,laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and cutting. (Including carriage up to initial lead of 5 km. from quarry and carriage of mixed materials op to 10.00 Km initial lead from mixing plant.)

Cement Concrete Pavement (Construction of un-reinforced,dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 Kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to the site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finisfed in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinaljoints, joint filler, separationmembrane, sealent primer,sealent joint, debonding strips dowel bar,tie rod, admixured as approved, curing compound,finishing to lines and grade as per drarwing. (Including carriage up to initial lead of 5 Km, from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 Km initial lead from mixing plant.)

RCC guard Post :- Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guaed post 150 cm long, 75 cm above the ground and 75 cm below the ground, with 4-12 mm Tor steel main steei and 6 mm MS stirrups at 30 cm c/c tied in position with annealed black wire, cement concrete proportion in 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20 mm size including centering, moulding the top curing, painted black and white alternately in 23 cm strips upto 0.75 m from the top having reflective band 2 nos. of desired shade etc. as per design and direction complete.
