The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the Bid value. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the Bid value. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Bid value. The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value for similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost on construction works during the last three consecutive years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed 90% of contract value, as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than the amount equal to 80% of the Bid value. The approximate estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3,78,75,000.00. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work in any one year of the last five years, with a value not less than the specified amount. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value as a prime contractor for a similar nature of work of value not less than a specified amount in any one year of the last five years. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum financial turnover of a specified amount and have a minimum annual turnover of a specified amount. The bidder should have carried out a single work of similar nature of value in any one year of the last five years. The bidder should also have liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the bid value.
