The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil works under any Government Department, Assam during the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. The bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover of 30% of the Bid Value. The bidder should have completed a single work order of Civil Works with a minimum order value, and have experience in civil works under any Government Department, Assam. The bidder should provide a statement of the total monetary value of construction work performed in any Government Department of Assam during the last 5 years. The bidder should have at least 1(one) single similar nature work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of Package value of this tender. The average annual turnover of the contractors should not be less than 30% of the NIT/Package value, considering the average of the last 5 previous financial years. The bidder should provide information on the total volume of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, including the current financial year. The bidder should submit a certificate from a Chartered Accountant for the total value of civil engineering construction work performed, and details of works executed/completed of similar nature over the last five years. The value of the work order should be at least the amount mentioned in column "d" of the package details. The bidder should have experience in civil works in any Works department under the Government of Assam/Government of India during the last 5 years, in addition to the current financial year. The percentage of similar works completed is not explicitly mentioned, but the bidder should have completed works of similar nature over the last five years. The amount of similar works completed should be mentioned in the certificate from the Chartered Accountant and in the details of works executed/completed. In terms of specific values, the bidder should have a single work order with a minimum value as per clause 3.VI.a, and the EMD/Bid security should be 2% of the bid value mentioned at column "d". For bidders under SC/ST/OBC/MOBC category, the EMD shall be 1% of the bid value.
